Why business consulting and the course of consulting

Because the transformation always starts at the top of the hierarchical ladder, after which it continues (or not, depending on the situation and needs) with the downward transformation. Business consulting is primarily intended for directors, CEOs, heads of state, ministers, mayors and other executives.

It is designed in seven phases that allow for transformation, followed by three sub-processes to establish new foundations. Business consulting begins after the completion of the first phase of personal consulting (Sirius Personal Transformation) or in parallel with its second phase.

Identification of the existing situation includes the identification of work and business processes, key documentation flow, review of personnel and other business documentation, identification of key tasks, communication process and information system.

ASSESSMENT OF THE OBSERVED

The consultants assess the situation on the basis of the results obtained through observation, surveys and interviews.

  • 3. phase:

PRESENTING RESULTS

Leaders’ consultants are confronted with findings about the situation in the company: assessment of organization, presentation of critical points, communication and information flow, staffing and their utilization.

  • 4. phase:

BUSINESS GOALS

The decision whether the company will merely optimize the existing situation or start with the beginning of the reorganization of the business process.

  • 5. phase:

STRATEGY

Establishing conditions for a dynamic leadership model.

  • 6. phase:

CONDUCTING DLM

Time to decide: process optimization and rationalization or a complete overhaul. In the latter, first give possible solutions, followed by the creation of a model.

  • 7. phase:

BUSINESS INTEGRATION

In the case of optimization, training workshops for dynamic and project management are organized, and in the case of a complete renovation, the implementation of a dynamic leaderhsip model follows, followed by the implementation of project management and the overall graphic image.

BUSINESS PRE – PROCESSES

During this period, the foundations of the organization are established according to the new organizational structure and in accordance with the new organizational rules.
