The purpose of education is to learn to run a business as it really should run, without games, stress and critical situations.

Education program
We divided the training into 4 modules, as we train for the entire model in each one. The most important thing is the balance between all the modules.
1. Module: Personal transformation
The dynamic leadership model is knowing yourself, because if we know ourselves well, we will know what we want, what our abilities are or what more do we need to do to make progress. The main focus is on the psychology of personality, leadership and relationships. We give ourselves an answer who we are and where we are going.
Duration: 25 hours
2. Module: Business success
Business processes are like “river channels” that irrigate the entire territory where we live and from which we make a living, so they must be optimally conducted . It’s the same with business processes , when we know exactly where we’re going , we make processes optimal in terms of all legal and communication parameters . The emphasis is on learning about nature , natural processes and solutions , and above all how to look at legislation and administrative processes differently , that we don't experience stress and extra costs .

3. Module: Communication
Communication is like a stream in nature , if it is clear and drinkable, then everything around it is alive and healthy , and if there is not enough water , puddles form and with a bad smell and taste, everyone is looking for their own way, but if there is too much water, everything "healthy" can disappear . Therefore, you need to choose the right measure of communication and information . We will learn to understand the interlocutor and communicate , exactly what is needed for a successful business process . Organize meetings, and lead colleges that become the focal point of the business process.

4. Module: Project office
Project type of work and project office are a perfect reflection of natural work types , as nature works on the basics of project work . Therefore, we will learn the basics of project work and the workings of nature , and organize your business in the form of a project office .

Upon completion of the training, you will receive a certificate of competency for Dynamic Leadership of a Company.
Each participant also gets 10 hours of personal counselling and 5 hours of business counselling.
The program starts in September, and the workshops are held over the week or a weekend, depending on the group.
Dynamic Leadership Model
The purpose of the book is to present a dynamic model of leadership, which has, in more than a hundred cases, proven to be a great way to get out of business and personal crisis and how to overcome difficulties without even going into crisis.
