If the strategy changes, the organization must also change, and this process is called reorganization. It is very difficult to change the structure and at the same time simplify the process. We change the structure so that the process is easier and we can save money. So you could call the reorganization a global optimization or the optimization is a correction of the reorganization.

In such a company, thorough analyzes must first be analyzed. With the help of which we come to the cause of the crisis. The overall goal of the company is then set.

Over the last seven years I have received countless questions, but I have given the same answer to all of them. Why is there more and more violence… why is there a crisis in Slovenia… why do our politicians steal… why are our politicians… why are… why are… ????? Because we do not have GOAL!

When we find ourselves in a crisis situation, we need to be aware that we are (most likely) to blame for it ourselves. By getting to know ourselves, we will discover what causes conflicts and crises in us. By working on ourselves, we best eliminate the causes of the crisis.

We cannot accept the fact that Yugoslavia is no more. More and more people are dreaming and wishing those times would return. However, no one is aware that the same or a similar system can no longer be established, we can only make a new one, based on past experience, and much better.

Every day more and more as I get to know women, I know that we don’t come from the same planet, but we both really came from outer space, each from our own planet, and now we’ve met here by chance. And what is left for us but to somehow coexist now… although, every day is a very special art.

Summer is approaching and we are getting colder and colder, we say that the crisis is slowly fading away and we are returning more and more to our old habits… and that will not solve the crisis at all. We are stuck in a kind of dead end where strange things are born… we are basically in the world of shadows. Everyone has a dark side and a light side…

The biggest problem for women today is that they forget themselves. If we look at how much work and tasks they have been given over the past decades, this is also a logical answer. However, the fact that the world continues to function “normally” does not mean that it must remain so. Women must become women again to keep the world in balance.

When we embark on a journey, we must always go to the end… even if life itself is a journey! And the sooner we understand it, the easier it becomes for us… because every journey, when we imagine it in physical form… in between we experience a change of weather, the day turns into night, we meet different people who react differently to us… so every journey is very different… and always interesting… can we say that everything goes wrong for us, or that we do not even remember how we came to the end?

Who am I? Where do I go? Basically, I saw that the people inside are very dirty, that we live in mountains of garbage… I called it Psychological Garbage. So before we even start looking for an answer to the question”Who am I? Where am I going? We will have to cleanse ourselves thoroughly to be able to deal with ourselves… even though it is cleansing in itself to be able to deal with ourselves..

Many times in life we come to a point where we no longer see the way forward. We are convinced that everything is over and we prepare for the worst. Basically, we just want to turn off the lights, forget everything and start from scratch.

As a psychotherapist, I am intensively, professionally and scientifically engaged in finding the causes of crises. It is not self-evident that every situation that arises will be resolved and will never happen again. It’s all a matter of our decision.

Today we look at life too fragmented, we have divided it too much into segments. If we only look at primary school, we have biology, grammar, math, chemistry… but we study each subject matter by matter, we have to know the definitions, the formulas… there is not enough context.

Many athletes in their careers want to use every moment to train or dedicate it to improving their results. Especially if the results are first class, most athletes dedicate their whole life to the sport..

Yesterday I received an urgent call from Austria, with the intention that their branch in Slovenia is completely incompatible with them and they do not understand each other. I contacted them today in Vienna and they explained the whole situation to me.

Slovenia is still at the top of the suicide rate, and when I look at the statistics for the last ten years, this number only increases, especially among working people.

My thoughts are increasingly turning to the situation in Slovenia. I’m dealing with what an anomaly we live in and when I watched the Studio City show on Monday, I can say that the show was a real revelation.

In these days of self-isolation we get advice, books, TV shows, internet content… all kinds of content is available to us free of charge… my humble opinion is that this is not good, because we will only increase the distance to ourselves.

I am always waiting for something…
… I came to this realization yesterday when I was thinking about what tires me the most. Since November I have literally been dreaming that I will soon move to a sandy beach and do nothing there.

The time of isolation alone will not end so quickly. This means that our living habits will change completely. We will be limited to a few square meters and to certain people.
