Sirius Personal Transformation
Half of our personality depends on our prehistory, i.e. genotype, and half on phenotype, i.e. upbringing. So are we half the sum of the others? Partly true, but we basically have our own bit, which is marked by the “burden of the past”. So when we decide to make personality changes, we need to start listening to ourselves and figuring out what our wants and needs are.
In doing so, it is good to make a list and tackle the changes gradually so that we do not ‘get lost’ or make our lives even more confusing.
Personal tranformation process
It is important that we always have a goal in front of us, but that we also set new goals all the time. The patterns, ways of acting, and thinking that have guided us through life cannot be changed overnight, so we must go through a process of personal transformation, and that is the beginning of self-discovery and finding solutions, liberation, and autonomy.
To this end, we have developed the Sirius Personal Transformation method.
