Culture as the engine and pillar of the nation!

If we look at the history of the individual nations, they have been preserved throughout history and time only because of a strong connection. What held them together, however, were their customs, different traditions, habits, language… all of which can be considered as culture.

So it basically turns out that culture is the one that has kept it alive. Not money, not war, not victory… but what they carry deep in their hearts, what they have in common… Culture is what really holds nations together through the centuries.

But if we look at the state of culture of a single nation today, I can say that it is largely neglected, especially from a financial point of view. Today, nations invest much more in the military, in real estate… everything perishable, and culture is not perishable or… or it will perish when the nation is wiped out. So as long as the nation cares about its culture, it will live.

Although almost all nations live rich and luxurious lives, they have never been so close to their end because they have forgotten their development, their culture, and have surrendered to completely external influences. They have forgotten their inner being, their foundation, where they come from, what connects them. When the world becomes global, sooner or later we can all get lost in it and end up being just one nation. We may be inhabitants of the same planet, but we are far from being the same. What connects us and is invisible can slowly be extinguished, our culture and we can extinguish with it.

Why is culture so important?

The name culture comes from Latin, from the word cultura, derived from cholera, which means “to cultivate”. Culture generally refers to the forms of human activity and symbolic structures that give meaning to that activity.

So if we want to be alive, we have to be constantly in motion, and it is also a basic human characteristic that we exist as a species. By being active and developing we are constantly creating something. And that very creation, or expression, has evolved through different ways, through music, sound, technology, design… it has always found its way and has been very much shaped in different segments. Culture has always looked for a way to survive, and because it has always looked for new ways, it has opened up new possibilities for development, and thus has promoted the social life of the nation, economic development, political life. In short, culture has been the engine of development of the whole society for some time. That is why culture has been able to survive and with it the nation.

That is why it is important today that people in times of crisis return to their roots and revive forgotten traditions. For only in this way will they find faith in themselves again, much more than turning to God. They must find faith in themselves, and we always create faith by doing something we feel. And we
develop feeling through creation. Culture is actually the solution for times of crisis.

Above all, culture is important for the expansion of industry, such as tourism and the opening of various business opportunities.

People have been traveling for some time now because of the beauty of individual countries, but beauty is superficial and we quickly get tired of it. That is why it is important to offer the visitor something much more, something that is not accessible to everyone, to show him the omnipotence of the nation and its depth. draws immeasurable inspiration. After all, culture is not closed to one nation, but can be an inspiration for another nation, thus enabling the common existence of several nations. Culture is therefore the basis for an industry.

That is why it is especially important that the culture of a particular nation is not limited to its territory, but is expressed in different ways through music, literature, sculpture, technology, inventions, different messages… all over the world, because this is really the best marketing for a particular nation or country.

At the same time, we informally open countless doors to the desired goals through culture, because in cultural waters people are not equipped with functions, institutions, money … In culture people are just and there we can connect or… we create amazing business and other opportunities and connections.

Culture should certainly not be in the first place where money is invested, because it can sometimes be a bottomless pit, but it must be high enough so that culture can develop in as many directions as possible and thus strengthen its power and the nation’s foundation.

MENTALIST

I just came back from Monaco, where I gave a lecture on intuition, where I stand next to an explanation of how it works. A bit like a joke, I told some of them to show me a picture of a person I certainly do not know and I will tell them everything about that person in relation to her. There was a lot of enthusiasm because they saw it as a supernatural ability. Basically, I wanted to comfort them that each of us knows that only a good intuition has to be developed. And so I also heard here that I am a mentalist. I never saw this film or series, as I later realized, so I read something about it.

However, years ago I decided not to take courses for it, but to teach people individually to recognize “opponents”.

Namely, that in the future, the best guides who have developed to the maximum their qualities that we have “forgotten” over the centuries… I mean self-healing, telepathy, recognition of the qualities of the enemy… knowledge, acquaintance… all these will still be a condition, but this invisible knowledge, which is also difficult to explain but easy to see or feel, will be what will make the best, first class.

Out of this I have made the program “PATH FROM THE VICTORY”, where I have completely reset the physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual body in an intensive training of 10 to 21 days. And then I put the person together completely new, without the addition of “garbage”.

Namely, that we do not really see or feel just because we have too much unnecessary information or we call this psychological garbage.

However, this does not mean that you can read everything now. This is the basis for your intuition to gain more power, it means that you believe in yourself more and more! Finally, I enjoy working when the business is taken over by the Children!

“Where did I make the mistake of not being able to grow up?” Is a sentence I hear countless times in my office when the parents of children who have businesses together call me. I am talking about Family Businesses, which officially does not have this status in our country, although 70% of companies could be called so.

Family businesses often need a psychotherapist more than an economist or a
lawyer to solve various problems.

After all, companies are first and foremost emotionally intertwined, not only procedurally, but they depend above all on a source of income! That is why they are all in a convulsion, so that there is nothing bad, but at the same time this convulsion causes them various pains, traumas, communication problems…

So last Saturday evening I received a phone call asking if family members could come for counseling despite the weekend. But in the end only Dad answered!

He was very tired because he was “on fire” all day and everyone around him was smart. I asked him if this was her mind trying to take advantage of that. He answered no, because they are not able to do anything in this way.

Let us try their ability, I answered.

So we moved the “operation” to their company and I came to the company with him on Monday morning and we started the morning meeting.

He no longer had the strength to portray the situation, so I myself illustrated an even more dramatic affair, in the sense that his life was coming to an end.

Everyone started screaming, wanting to know what was going on.

 I explained that everything depends on the Father and that the time has come for the responsibility to be shared equally. The words… ata were heard, but you know that I always do what you tell me, and ata we are here all day… ata I love you. Then father just said: “I know that you do everything, but just do what I give you to do, you do not see anything more than that. It has to be organized in such a way that everyone is responsible for their own part and we are all working to
reproduce I am aware that before I was not able to turn you in or to educate you in independence, but now the situation is such that my body cannot handle it anymore and we will just have to change things overnight, or I will sell everything together

At that moment the father thought about it, but continued with the words: “We only have one week left. To make the company independent of me. people… I know I am not ready to run a business yet, but I see where the money is going and where we need to go if we want to survive in the long run!«

Everyone was speechless, and Daddy finally laughed. The “little one” presented his detailed steps and said he could start immediately. However, he stressed that he did not want to have anything, but that he would buy back shares in the company, by how much the company would save and thus increase profits.

Suddenly everyone answered…Then father stood up and said: »I fully accept the strategy. Whoever is willing to go this way will also become co-owner of the company and later also manager, if all owners agree.«

The next day, an evaluation of the company, plans for computerization… …mainly the transfer of individual tasks and responsibilities, which will take another 3 months.

Today, however, we had lunch and he said that there is a completely different energy in the company and that he finally feels relieved, even if he will stay in the company for 5 years, he knows that there has finally been a shift
where he will not take a step back at the same time. but all the tests so far have been too “lukewarm”!

Thanks again for these conversations, we families really have to learn to communicate and especially to put personal relationships first and to separate this very much from business.

If you keep it together to the End……

If you want to be your own boss, get out of the system...

Already during my studies of one-subject physics at the then Faculty of Education at the University of Maribor (now Faculty of Science and Mathematics) I had direct experience of learning in primary and secondary school. However, I soon realized that this was not my future.

The profession itself was very nice to me, but the fact that I could not be creative, and above all that I had a “boss” (I did not agree with the way I walked) above me and adhered to certain rules that restricted me. It is true that I was only 20 years old and wanted to fly and was rebellious, but I was still aware that I did not want to be and act like the colleagues I met in the chamber. So I decided to leave the system.

What bothered me the most was that they kept complaining. But I did not want to, I did not feel comfortable in an environment where there was a lot of “negative” energy, and because I saw that I could not do much on my own, I left the system at the age of 24, went under entrepreneur and then when the “physicist” started working on optimizing business processes. In other words, I taught other entrepreneurs how to do their job more easily and efficiently.

Faculty of Education that see much more knowledge and experience as teachers in their work. It is only when you leave the system that you see the breadth and value of the educational path that you will go through as a future teacher. The position is based on self  experience.

Many entrepreneurs have asked me where I got this knowledge and skills from, as I trained as a teacher and was only 24 years old. I could not explain it to them at that time, but today it is crystal clear to me. The Faculty of Education itself “gave” me this, the rest I have gained through experience.

Of all the educational institutions, the Faculty of Education actually learns to lead the best.

Based on the knowledge I acquired at the Pedagogical Faculty:

  • Basic behavioral psychology to understand the workings of the human personality.
  • Basics of developmental psychology, to understand what are the key factors in adulthood.
  • Basics of brain function, to understand how people perceive information and external reactions.
  • The basics of the laws of nature (physics), to see where the limits of a free and safe life lie.
  • The basics of social processes, to see how society functions and what causes chaos.

That is why I myself have brought many elements from the pedagogical faculty into the educational process I have developed. Besides the management method and my school, my priority remains the reorganization of companies, crisis management, crisis resolution, which I have been dealing with for
20 years.

Although it is in my nature to find myself perfectly at home in such situations and then lead the directors to success. But when I analyzed my work to see why my work was successful, I saw that I was still working as a teacher.

In a company where I come to solve different things, I create a kind of classroom where I teach the employees new organizations and different approaches, and my work is exactly the same as when I was teaching at school or at the Faculty of Education in Maribor. From there I received the title by which I am known to my followers today – TEACHER OF LIFE.

In the article you are reading right now, I am not praising the Faculty of Education, but I would like to emphasize that we are not aware of our primary path and our institution and that if we do not change our path, we do not see all the added value we receive for life. In comparison, I wanted to show the added value of a teacher compared to other professions. It is true that the teaching profession is
underestimated today, but we are largely responsible for the teachers themselves, because we do not know how to appreciate our work and ourselves.

Therefore, perhaps it would be necessary, especially in the process of teacher training, to add more self-confident ways to build this self-confidence from within each student, rather than through the status and obtaining a diploma.
