How to get out of the problem and solve it

Those who are not burdened by the problem are capable of resolving it. That is why businesses should always hire a crisis management team. A group of external consultants, or a consultant to untangle the “Gordian knot” and calm the waters (communication, atmosphere, organization). 

Every crisis has a solution. When we try to solve a crisis that we created, we end up creating an even bigger crisis.

A current director or crisis manager can never lead a company when it comes out of a crisis. Why? The former director’s behavior has put the company in jeopardy, so if he wants to run the company differently, he must first change his behavior patterns.

A crisis manager, on the other hand, only knows how to solve crises, which means that when a company emerges from a crisis, it is no longer able to manage it, but can recreate a crisis in order to solve it again.

If we are the ones who caused the crisis and still want to lead the company forward (especially if we own the majority of the company’s capital), we must change the patterns of behavior that caused the crisis. This can be done during the company’s restructuring. In this way, both the company and the director are “rehabilitated.”

Short exercise

Let us imagine ourselves as a third person we don’t know and gradually begin to describe ourselves.

What we see in that person. What we think about her clothes, posture, facial expression? What we think about life goals, what she expects from the day, how she feels, and how reacts in certain situations. We gradually shift our focus elsewhere, on that way we get to know ourselves in a different way.


Of course, we will not be able to solve the crisis overnight, but we will gradually begin to see the true problems and their causes, allowing us to gradually begin to eliminate them.

However, the process can take too long at times, so I recommend that you seek the services of an outside counselor or therapist.

When you suspect something is wrong, or when your coworkers, friends, or business partners are unhappy, pause regular activities but don’t make any drastic changes. Instead, we need to take time to think and figure out how to solve the problem. If you are unable to succeed, seek outside assistance.

Remember that any crisis, no matter how difficult it appears at the time, can be resolved.

We have talked a lot in recent months about changing the system of the ruling countries, but as long as we do not change our personal habits, we will not change anything in the long run. Therefore, it is not enough to talk and write about such changes. It means that even psychotherapy would not help, because the patterns are too deeply imprinted for generations. In such a case, however, occupational therapy would help.
Considering that in the last few months the necessity and especially a lot of talk about food self-sufficiency has come to the fore, we could in some way continue this rhetoric, which could also become a propaganda apparatus, to renew the whole country or even the region.
Because when we talk about self-sufficiency, it means that we have to start growing our own food, which is a kind of ritual. It means that the basic need for food forces us not to be hungry, so that we gradually prepare for a different way of life, so that we receive information from outside that we have to change something about ourselves if we want to survive.
So if everyone would start directly with food self-sufficiency, they would all change their habits.
In such a case, the state could support this to the maximum and thus do the most for the whole nation. It would teach him to survive, teach him new habits (healthy – simple), change his daily routine, encourage his creativity and train patience, so that people would calm down a bit and above all increase self-responsibility and self-confidence.
Here, however, we have to make sure that it is not just an instant agriculture with accelerated chemistry, but that it is a process. We will see later where this has led Instant Farming us.
We need a kind of agriculture that is slow, and with that we are also slowly getting used to something else.
The solution can be found in French-speaking Switzerland, in Germany, Austria and Luxembourg, which may also indicate their order and success. I am talking about Biodynamic Farming.
The process of converting agriculture into Biodynamic Agriculture farming takes seven years. It is therefore a process that also changes psychological patterns.

Physical Activity is Important for Business success

Entrepreneurs could be compared to hunters who "once" hunted for food for their families.

The hunter took a spear in the morning and went hunting, and what he shot, his family ate, about the same as the entrepreneurs, except that their hunting ground is now a market. Hunters must always be well trained, especially in these days when the hunting ground has shrunk, although the prey is still sufficient, but it is necessary to be faster, stronger and more resourceful. Therefore, entrepreneurs must be trained more and more.

The winner today is the one who is in the best psychophysical condition.

In the past, entrepreneurs did not put much emphasis on personal development, but only developed the business. Today, a good business idea and a good product do not help if potential investors, buyers, do not see it holistically, together with the person who represents it. If they do not see consistency and do not believe in who represents them, it is very unlikely that they will buy them. Coherence is not just about “believing in an idea”, but above all about the appearance of the person who represents it. I am not talking about the dress and the hairstyle, but the expression on my face. Eyes and face should express stability, serenity, but at the same time enthusiasm and faith in the product. It’s not something you can learn, it’s something we have inside us… but the art is that we know how to show it and how to preserve it. But because it all comes from us, it means that we must first preserve ourselves.

Today, in the business world, the most important thing is that we have "space in our head", free for judgment, creativity and clear thinking.

Or as they say, if we are already present at the meeting, we should still be sober. In the whole mass of information, it is very difficult to focus on one particular piece of information, but here we must not have any excuse for not being different or for being overwhelmed, but we must ensure that we can always be present, even sober.

That we are not always “sober” is due to the psychological garbage that accumulates in our subconscious when we store unnecessary information or deal with things that are not absolutely necessary.

We can think of it as an archive, where we keep documents where there is room. At the same time these documents are needed daily by somebody else and then are translated constantly and lost for hours to find the right ones … as you can imagine our subconscious.

It is therefore important that we establish a regular flow of information. In our life we stop too often or… we stop and so the “garbage” begins to accumulate. We can imagine it in such a way that the flow of a stream, when the current is flowing, is clear and drinkable, when it is dammed up, it becomes a puddle that with time takes on a bad smell and taste, and when it stands too long, it already stinks.And that is our life, if we do not move out of the city, we soon will be…

That is why it’s important to be on the move in life. We must take care of our body, our intellect, our emotions and, as they say, our soul.

When we entrepreneurs develop an idea, we are constantly active within ourselves. We almost forget our wishes and physical needs. This leads to stress, which leads to a worse business and financial situation, to a personality crisis and finally to illness.

Entrepreneurs have to “get out” of the problems we solve at a certain point in time, otherwise we are part of the problem, and we never solve them, at best we only magnify them. The best solution to “get out” of the problem is physical activity, which must be very dynamic.

First of all, it is determined with the entrepreneur which exercises he can do or if there are any harmful ones according to his physical constitution, and then he gradually starts activities, i.e. a combination of e.g. walking uphill, cycling and tennis or swimming, running and badminton, all over a period of one week.

The physical activities themselves are very different, depending on the individual, the environment and the type of work. However, we should never exaggerate or start a different way of life overnight.

When I describe the case of a well-known entrepreneur who has spent most of his time in his office and in his car and has now started a family. Two years later he found out that his family was not satisfied with the relationship or. with him because he spends too much time at work and when he is at home he is usually tired.

Since I was already working in the company to change communication and leadership, he also confided his personal problem to me. Together we quickly realized that he was lacking above all in physical condition and mental concentration. Together we decided to change his lifestyle.

Since he had not done any sports before and climbing stairs was exhausting for him, we gradually started to do so. We did the same with his diet, because it was important to him that he was doing well, regardless of the contents. We could not change our diet overnight either. We decided to change our diet gradually. At first, his business secretary placed a bowl of fruit on his desk, which he began to eat little by little, and a jug of water, as he had not drunk any water at all before.

Twice a week he did 20 stomach exercises and 10 push-ups in the morning. The changes must have been almost imperceptible, but they had to crawl slowly under his skin. Today, after 10 months, he goes to Šmarna gora twice a week, plays tennis with his friends once a week, and in his life there is almost no more meat, alcohol or cigarettes… and above all, he gets enough sleep. So after 5 months of
working together he told me that he and his wife get along perfectly and that his family has become more than just a business.

The changes were minimal and escalated. Nothing was violent, so there was no resistance. And it’s on the latter that we make the biggest mistake, if we want to lose weight overnight, build muscle…nothing happens overnight. The slower we go, the faster we cross the finish line.

How to solve the phenomenon of corruption in the Republic of Slovenia?

Henry Ford, one of the richest men of all time, said, "You can ask me anything, just not how I earned my first million!"

This record is an introduction to a research project on the causes and solutions of corruption in the Republic of Slovenia. Above all, I would like to point out the causes that cause corruption or. criminal act. I started the research project just before the crisis started, so I stopped it at the moment, because the situation after the crisis with the adoption of new legislation will be the conditions or. results different.

At the moment, I cannot say that the new legislation will reduce the level of corruption. What I see and the data I have access to, however, I can say is that by blocking some political parties from passing new legislation, they are increasing the level of corruption.

Insofar as in the proposal of the original legislation, who “opened the door” for some corrupt act, it means that it was a relatively clean way for someone to benefit, but at the same time easy to control and maybe in this way there is little damage, because here usually only one person or group. However, as such legislation begins to change, to be corrected, even more mistakes are made and even more groups open their doors.

So someone thinks how he managed to prevent a crime, but in reality he sped up the process and increased the crime. Is it because he wanted to help solve the situation, but he actually made it worse? If I answer this as a layman, I can say YES!

Namely, even when the police gather evidence where they have a suspicion, they first leave it under surveillance to allow someone to commit several crimes during the surveillance to have credible evidence. This is a perfectly legitimate legal process. Therefore, the opposition should also be aware that they are doing more harm than good with their partisan actions. It would be better to leave it all together and let the current government do what it thinks is best. Everything else will be revealed in the end. With such partisan actions, however, they only cover their tracks. If, of course, anyone has a “malicious” plan at all.

How to solve the phenomenon of corruption in the Republic of Slovenia? Milan Krajnc

Everything I write is not substantiated, I tackled it on the basis of rumors and some clues, even under the previous government; above all, I am looking for a model of how to bring the Dynamic Leadership Model closer to the state administration. Because this business model, in fact, prevents corrupt practices. Above all, I am in favor of raising the level of lobbying culture to a higher level. Namely, most people think that lobbyists are something bad, that they are the ones who steal. In reality, however, these are people with authority and expertise who represent certain groups before politics. By considering lobbyists, the level of corruption can be reduced as they are communication channels, no longer different intermediaries. Thus, control can be simplified.

That our politicians would not be so gullible, or that someone would not manipulate them with various “benevolent” information. They should be more educated, and above all at a higher level of consciousness.

So one solution to reduce the level of corruption; is a higher level of general education of Slovenian politicians and deputies. Therefore, it would be best for the elections to take place one year before taking office, during which time, MPs have time to go through a certain level of personal and professional transformation. At this time, they also mature enough and the initial enthusiasm in which the most mistakes are made also subsides.

Predicted causes of corruption:

  • The biggest cause of corruption is the low level of general education of Slovenian deputies.
  • What I will describe in one of the following records is inefficient public administration, due to too much administration, unclear processes and too many employees, in terms of efficiency.
  • Low salaries for key decision-makers in public administration. We are with our Members again, which stems from their low self-esteem.
  • Slovenia does not have a clear goal , where are we going at all, but people are restless because there is no clear future and most are only thinking about short-term solutions, which is basically corruption.
  • Low management culture of public administration.
  • … We will list more after the research is completed, which will probably drag on into next year.

The project will be the basis for my next project, how to raise the self-confidence of Slovenes. That anyone could talk about the first million and not be ashamed of it. The first million can be earned in a completely legal way. However, the country in which we operate and reside must create the conditions. Corruption in 99% is not the fault of the individual, but the conditions that are created.

I am also a lobbyist, but in Slovenia, they prefer not to accept me so that there is nothing wrong and then they prefer to meet for coffee. While in the West abroad, otherwise politicians don’t want to talk to you at all.

Culture as the engine and pillar of the nation!

If we look at the history of the individual nations, they have been preserved throughout history and time only because of a strong connection. What held them together, however, were their customs, different traditions, habits, language… all of which can be considered as culture.

So it basically turns out that culture is the one that has kept it alive. Not money, not war, not victory… but what they carry deep in their hearts, what they have in common… Culture is what really holds nations together through the centuries.

But if we look at the state of culture of a single nation today, I can say that it is largely neglected, especially from a financial point of view. Today, nations invest much more in the military, in real estate… everything perishable, and culture is not perishable or… or it will perish when the nation is wiped out. So as long as the nation cares about its culture, it will live.

Although almost all nations live rich and luxurious lives, they have never been so close to their end because they have forgotten their development, their culture, and have surrendered to completely external influences. They have forgotten their inner being, their foundation, where they come from, what connects them. When the world becomes global, sooner or later we can all get lost in it and end up being just one nation. We may be inhabitants of the same planet, but we are far from being the same. What connects us and is invisible can slowly be extinguished, our culture and we can extinguish with it.

Why is culture so important?

The name culture comes from Latin, from the word cultura, derived from cholera, which means “to cultivate”. Culture generally refers to the forms of human activity and symbolic structures that give meaning to that activity.

So if we want to be alive, we have to be constantly in motion, and it is also a basic human characteristic that we exist as a species. By being active and developing we are constantly creating something. And that very creation, or expression, has evolved through different ways, through music, sound, technology, design… it has always found its way and has been very much shaped in different segments. Culture has always looked for a way to survive, and because it has always looked for new ways, it has opened up new possibilities for development, and thus has promoted the social life of the nation, economic development, political life. In short, culture has been the engine of development of the whole society for some time. That is why culture has been able to survive and with it the nation.

That is why it is important today that people in times of crisis return to their roots and revive forgotten traditions. For only in this way will they find faith in themselves again, much more than turning to God. They must find faith in themselves, and we always create faith by doing something we feel. And we
develop feeling through creation. Culture is actually the solution for times of crisis.

Above all, culture is important for the expansion of industry, such as tourism and the opening of various business opportunities.

People have been traveling for some time now because of the beauty of individual countries, but beauty is superficial and we quickly get tired of it. That is why it is important to offer the visitor something much more, something that is not accessible to everyone, to show him the omnipotence of the nation and its depth. draws immeasurable inspiration. After all, culture is not closed to one nation, but can be an inspiration for another nation, thus enabling the common existence of several nations. Culture is therefore the basis for an industry.

That is why it is especially important that the culture of a particular nation is not limited to its territory, but is expressed in different ways through music, literature, sculpture, technology, inventions, different messages… all over the world, because this is really the best marketing for a particular nation or country.

At the same time, we informally open countless doors to the desired goals through culture, because in cultural waters people are not equipped with functions, institutions, money … In culture people are just and there we can connect or… we create amazing business and other opportunities and connections.
