A successful company. All processes in it run like clockwork. The display on the success board shows rapid growth, profits are skyrocketing, and the arrows in the chart are pointing steeply upwards until…
…until the first disagreements start to happen.
Perhaps someone in management dislikes something and desires changes, more responsibility, higher pay … Maybe employees feel left out… Perhaps their perfect image of success is showing cracks deep inside…
Why does this happen?
Perhaps because not everyone experiences the joy of success, as it is usually reserved for those in leadership positions. In times of financial prosperity, few people share their successes—their financial rewards—with everyone involved in the process.
As a result, dissatisfaction manifests itself in poor work, delays, grumbling, and rumors about a company they were once proud of, but now…
How do you know when a company needs help? That employees becoming the hidden enemy in the cloud of success? You know how it is: first there’s one scavenger, then suddenly there are hundreds.
The company loses its reputation, and the quality of its products slowly declines.
You don’t understand why!
What happened? If everything is the same, you haven’t changed anything. The process is the same. The materials are the same. The suppliers are the same. The employees are the same people. You have loyal customers. But there are more and more complaints.
The crisis comes slowly, quietly eating into all parts of the process, slowly, until it is… we won’t say the word.

Many people wonder why? Why, because now, we don’t need advice, because everything is perfect!
But this very time, when you are at the top, is the time for a crisis manager to bring a fresh perspective to the company, who will quickly feel what is happening in the company. Where it is located, although according to all financial statements it is still at the top, the growth is slowly stopping.

A crisis manager’s job is to be proactive, identify threats and determine the strategy they will use before a crisis even happens.
I often see business owners afraid to take third-party advice, but there is nothing wrong with looking at a business through the eyes of a neutral person.
Sometimes the answers are already in front of you, but you can’t see them because you are overwhelmed.

Crisis Management: Don’t let changes rule you
Crisis Management
The world is changing at breakneck speed, and adapting to change and managing it is becoming a fundamental skill for facing the present and the future. Organizations require change agents and change managers who can deal with rapid and significant changes at the business model, organizational, and process levels, among other things.
No company can afford to stand still. They are always facing new challenges and better ways of working. However, any change you want to make needs to be carefully planned and implemented; otherwise, it can cause more harm than good!
This is where change management comes in. It’s a structured approach that ensures changes are implemented thoroughly and smoothly—and have the desired effect.
What is “change management”?
Change management draws on theories from many disciplines, including psychology, behavioral sciences, engineering, and systems thinking.
One central tenet of change management theories is that no change occurs in isolation.
In one way or another, changes affect the entire organization and all the people in it. With good change management, you can ensure that employees adapt to the new way of working and accept it without major trauma.
People also need to be convinced that the new approach will be better and that there is a clear path to get there.
Successful change management is based on four fundamental principles, supported by the DMV, where the company can operate very rationally and without errors according to the principle of natural processes. Above all, everything happens exactly when it should.
A dynamic management model stimulates employees’ potential. It prevents stress, manipulation, and duplication of tasks.
Principle 1: Understand the changes
Why do you need to change? What are your key goals? What will be the benefits of the change for the organization? How will this positively affect people?
Principle 2: Plan for change
Effective change doesn’t happen by accident, and any plan you make must be suitable for your organization. How change projects are managed can vary from organization to organization.
How do you plan to achieve change? What should success look like?
Principle 3: Make a difference
When you start making changes, you need to make sure everyone involved knows what they’re doing. The Dynamic Management Model (DMV) is excellent for this, which shows through the seven phases of personal and business transformation that all subjects go through during organizational changes, from shock and denial to the point when the changes are accepted and begin to be implemented successfully.
Everyone involved in the change must understand what needs to happen and what it means for them.
Principle 4: Communicate the change.
Communication is an integral part of change management. The change you want to make must be clear and relevant, so people understand what you want them to do and why they need to do it.
Everyone needs to know why the change is happening and feel positive about it!
Change is complex, and knowing what not to do is just as important as knowing what to do.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to change management, so there is no perfect way to manage it.

There is no school in the world that will teach you how to run the company and business in which you are involved.
As soon as I enter the company, I can already tell what the main problem and issue are from the outside signs.
Because any change for the company can be critical, not only positive, I developed a method based on natural laws. I called it the Dynamic Leadership Model.
With it, changes occur without major shocks and negative consequences for all parties.
Approach to problem-solving!
My concept of work is based on separating the personal influence of the individual from the business model, because this is the only way further “problems” in the company can be curbed.
I help companies not only with internal changes but also with cooperation with external partners and official institutions, I am an officially registered lobbyist in the Republic of Slovenia and the Republic of Serbia. I work with all local communities and governments in SE Europe, so I have direct contacts in various fields.
I offer my clients a comprehensive approach to solving problems.
There is no school anywhere in the world that would teach you how to run the company you are in.
My advantage is to turn your company into a classroom. And I teach you exactly what you need to make you and your business successful.
In this classroom, there are no grades, and nothing is “forced”, but I create an environment in which you enjoy and make changes with ease.
The first step we take is to get to know each other really well, trust is the most important thing at work. Which means I work at the highest level of trust.
This way I can solve fears, doubts…problems that come from the deepest depths.
That is why the process is long-term because trust is not established overnight, although sometimes there is energy as if we have known each other forever, but this energy also needs to be “grounded” with actions.
The process is completely identical to the growth and maturation of a child in early childhood (0-6 years). Where the child looks up to his parent, who naturally takes him as an authority figure. So if I want you to make a sustainable shift, I need to establish a top-level authority that requires strong trust.
Only then can you follow me unconditionally. However, this is not about blindly following, but about becoming motivated enough to make changes in yourself. And this is a radical change.
If I perceive that someone is not ready to really work on themselves, I stop the cooperation.
I use a very wide range of skills in my work. Mainly to be able to find a language you understand because this is the first condition for establishing trust. Then, “in a language you understand”, I show all the mistakes in the personal and business field. In a “painless” way, and also the causes of them. In doing so, I teach you the skills with which you will eliminate these causes and repair the resulting damage.
I teach each individual to lay the right foundations because only in this way can you really solve the situation. Everything else is “fog stirring”, as they say to us consultants.

School of personal transformation
People most often make the mistake of setting material, business and status goals, forgetting their needs and primary potentials and becoming prisoners of the material world and others.
Today, it is more important to get to know ourselves well, because that is the only way we can manage ourselves and our surroundings, if we are not always "victims" of foreign influences.

After a detailed study of natural phenomena, I found that nature makes every change in seven steps. Thus, at the School of Personal Transformation, we will learn the basics of human psychology, the psychology of society, how man is connected to nature and how we respond to others….
The school takes place through 7 modules, and the time between them is also dedicated to personality growth.
Workshop:
Life consists of the unconscious (subconscious) and the conscious part (consciousness). And when we say we don’t have a sense of living, we are in an unconscious part that we don’t even know about. That is why it is important to explore the unconscious part through the external part – the messages we receive from the environment.
Who is the program intended for?
- To all those who run different programs / therapies / treatments so that they themselves will also understand what they are really doing.
- Parents to understand what stages children grow up through and to guide them more easily.
- Managers who place great emphasis on the development of carts to understand what stages employees need to develop in stimulating potential and how they react at a particular stage.

Analysis of the existing situation.
Duration: 25 hours
In the first part, we will trigger a system of cleaning up psychological garbage and everything that does not belong in “our” life and obscures our view through psychological exercises. At the same time, we will learn how we can teach this to our “neighbors” without feeling like we are teaching them. We will learn to be aware of our good and bad things. We will begin to accept ourselves.
We will answer the question: WHO AM I?
MODULE 2: PERSONAL DYING / 2nd level of wisdom –
Accepting myself, the way I am.
Duration: 10 hours
Once we have made a “space” around ourselves, we can also begin to get to know our emotions, as they really are. We can say that only then do we feel ourselves as we really are. The emphasis is mainly on emotional exercises.
We will answer the question: WHAT DO WE FEEL?
3: MODULE: PERSONAL CLEANSING / 3rd level of wisdom–
Accepting responsibility for solving problems
Duration: 15 hours
When we begin to be aware of ourselves, we also begin to be aware of our responsibilities and the impact on our surroundings. For the first time, we meet EGO, who we also get to know well, and learn how to manage it.
We will answer the question: WHY AM I ALL RESPONSIBLE?
4: MODULE: PERSONAL GOALS / 4th level of wisdom –
Finding solutions
Duration: 25 hours
By being in the full phase of consciousness, we are also fully aware of all our responsibilities and no longer look for excuses, but take responsibility into our own hands. We feel ourselves for the first time, where we encounter completely new feelings. For the first time, we can say that we are free.
We will answer the question: WHAT DO I WANT TO CHANGE?
5. MODULE: ABANDONMENT OF PERSONAL HABITS / 5th level of wisdom –
Decisions on how to solve problems
Duration: 15 hours
When we are “completely grounded,” we know exactly which path we need to go to reach the desired goal. The strategy we create at this point is also being realized.
We are completely re-learning the rules of life, morality, ethics, freedom…
We will answer the question: HOW DO I WANT TO CHANGE?
6. MODULE: PERSONAL STRATEGY. level of wisdom –
implementing steps towards a solution
Duration: 10 hours
We live a completely different life, where we have to correct the strategy, because we still live in the same environment, but with different insights and no expectations of the environment.
We learn to accept our surroundings differently and how to stand up for ourselves to live our dreams.
We will answer the question: WHAT IS THE PATH OF CHANGE?
7. MODULE: INTEGRATING CHANGES INTO LIFE. Stage of Wisdom –
we are saved!
Duration: 5 hours
We ourselves become exactly what we have always wanted, but in a different image, as we live the same life of our own and are independent of our surroundings.
We will answer the question: HOW ARE WE WORK NOW?

For the superb everything they feel is right
Entrepreneurs are basically hunters who have replaced the hunting grounds of old times with hunting grounds in the business markets.
The hunter who was better prepared always caught the best prey, and so he is among the entrepreneurs today.
Today, the entrepreneur is even more equated with the old hunters, because before the time, hunters did not become prey through their shackles like entrepreneurs; but they had to improve their qualities every day; physical fitness, technique, concentration… and that is still the case with entrepreneurs today. An entrepreneur must be in the best psycho-physical condition, master different ways of communication and have different skills… because only with his top qualities can he get the best prey.
Top entrepreneurs have quickly realized that the more they invest in themselves, the better the return on investment will be on the market. This means not only that they will make better deals, but also that they will be able to identify the right business opportunities in the market and choose the best investments.
That such modern entrepreneurs essentially become investors. After all, they invest in themselves, in their company, in the company’s employees, they invest in the development of the market… It is almost impossible to speak of entrepreneurs anymore, but of investors.
And what separates an entrepreneur and an investor?
Basically, both do the same thing, the investor works exclusively for himself and does not burden himself with the environment, although he does top performance for the environment that is only particularly important to him. An entrepreneur, on the other hand, works to a high degree in such a way that his environment notices him. One could say that the investor listens to himself and follows his inner voice, or, as it is expressed in modern terms, “follows his heart”. The entrepreneur, however, turns in the way the majority turns.
In my work two years ago I met a person who is a top investor.
Normally, people turn to me when they want to solve a problem. But she showed up with the desire to become even better. At first I thought about how he could come to me to deal with crisis management, to be even better, how I could help him at all. In fact, she saw more in me than I saw myself. With the step of working together she gave me a new dimension, a new width. So in the end I no longer knew who needed whom more.
She knew that I had to fight with the biggest crises, which meant the use of first-class psychological “tools”, and she saw in it her chance to rise to an even higher level of performance.
I realized that if he wants to take an even bigger step forward or to achieve even higher achievements, he has to start working in his depth. That means getting to know himself even better. It means that our outer world is a reflection of our inner world. That is why I taught her what all the outer signs mean, what messages she receives and what this now means in her inner world.
In this way, she became aware of her psychological patterns, which in some ways hindered her personal growth and development. With awareness, however, she made faster progress in her personal growth. Suddenly she became a much more stable person with less meditation, the “big” problems so far suddenly became “small” challenges. A whole new world opened up to her and she realized that she could give the world much more than just new jobs, business opportunities, new environmentally friendly products… now she can set an example to the world. A different way of life.
She realized that she did not need to talk much, that she was simply living what she felt and that there was a much stronger message to the people around her than writing or telling them anything. Her exemplary messages brought about a lasting positive change in people, and her written and spoken words became “healing”.
This is how I found out for myself that my crisis management tools can be great, so that the better ones can become top performers.
However, this does not mean that you have to work even harder and try even harder, but only that you have to organize the day and take more time for yourself.

After all, the biggest mistake entrepreneurs make is to put business goals first. First, a personal goal must be set, and then business goals must support a personal goal. However, we can only do this if we first get to know ourselves well and then link every step we want to take personally or in business to a specific goal. This means that there are no more wrong steps, we do not waste time and no additional energy, least of all money, because every money invested is also a return on investment.
Investors do not think about whether something is right or wrong, whether they will earn something or not… for them everything they feel is right.

Occasionally, when I call someone from my past and ask if they still remember me, I usually get the answer: »Yes of course, the guy with the backpack, who was always a little different…«
That “little difference”, I do not even dare to ask what it means. I remember this backpack, even if I did not know that I noticed so many people… At the beginning of high school I bought a “military backpack”, which was mainly used by hunters and fishermen. He was basically a fisherman, but the military sounds nicer. I wore it in school, in high school, and then in college… by the end he was “a little bit” off, but he never tore and he was always faithful to me and obviously everybody remembered him and one day, I do not know when he went into the eternal memory.
And if you ask me what I was carrying in that backpack… besides school supplies, I do not know… but I always had it with me and I always had something in it… …and I always needed something… like women’s handbags… they always need something… but I only had one backpack. And I always had something in that backpack for everyone… just like I find a solution in words or action for everyone
today. Apparently, even then I was like a grandfather who had a cold, but he only gave gifts to the hardworking… and in return I got new experiences in life.
But I remember that I also had notes in this backpack, I was constantly taking notes about my thoughts, ideas… in short, I always had everything I needed to »survive« in there.
In my early childhood I was always in a cramp because of domestic violence and I could never express what I was thinking and feeling, I never quite lived what I thought I was… and so from one period of my life to the next, I followed the same pattern until one day I decided… whatever situation I found myself in…and leave.
I cannot die less than that, because I kill myself slowly, die at meals, and I was not born to die, but to live. All the time, however, my only world without borders… writing… and I wrote and wrote and wrote… and I wrote…
In public I was considered calm and reserved, but above all calm… but I am not really like that. I had cramps all the time, and the appearance of calm was only a shield… I have learned to be calm. Anyone who read my notes, my poems, could not believe it was the same person.
So I used the time I was trapped inside myself to explore my depths, my potentials… I got to know myself very well.
That is why I still have a “problem” with the outside world, that I let a few people in, which was especially apparent in my public appearance, where I said everything I thought in 5 minutes and I was not sure how to give a 20 minute talk, what to say…
Well, today I have my own school where I give a presentation in 5 minutes on a topic I used to say in 5 minutes, and today I explain it in 75 hours. I opened myself up and talked so much, so much of everything was hidden inside me… I just needed to relax.
We are encountering the same phenomenon in the universe called the big bang. The whole universe used to be as big as a seamstress’s head, but then one day it just exploded and all the beauty we observe and discover today was created, which in a psychological sense is essentially within us.
That is why it is important that we do not express certain ideas and thoughts all at once, but that we let them mature within us; instead of the words that are quickly spoken around them ruining everything, after a while they can come out of us as something very beautiful.

Well, I left that to myself for almost too long, so now some things are going slowly for me. That I perceive things very slowly and that I do them very slowly, I move like that …
I often hear that… but when I turn around, so many things are really done and created for me, as if I had died and been reborn in the meantime.
If I work slowly, it does not mean that the work is not done, but it is done much faster than with those who rush and talk a lot. So the saying: “Work slower, go far! is absolutely right for me. My slowness comes alive between dancing and running fast… and that is where I do my best… otherwise it’s a shame to “waste” energy on something I do not need.
I have come to realize that patience is very important in life. Patience is basically a time when ideas mature and are put into action. If we are not patient and want the ideas to be put into action immediately, there is a high probability that they will never really be put into action, but a lot of time will be wasted, not to mention energy. People have many ideas… and when we let them mature… a solid foundation is born in us and we can do several big projects at the same time. Promising basically means getting to know yourself or… coming up with a new idea. And by identifying with it within ourselves; it means that we know ourselves well enough and have adapted it so that we can manage it in accordance with our “nature”. And if we know something well, we can handle it easily and spontaneously.

But just at the time of this reflection I was reading Red Book, C.G. Jung, which is considered the basis of psychoanalysis, is essentially a kind of manual for understanding emotional phenomena. It is an autobiography in which he observes self-observation during his own research, when he “threw” himself into different states, either intentionally or. for the purpose of science, and then observes all this through his expertise. In essence, he has empirically supported the theses of his teacher Sigmund Freud.
I myself have gone through similar “experiments”, but I did not do it consciously, but the flow of life threw me through all these phases until I got to know myself enough and realized that I can take my life into my own hands.
I never wanted to live in the darkness I felt as a child, although I always wanted to go out, I usually went into an even darker space. So I knew that I had to make a bridge, a solution, a tega, and so after reading the book I see that my work is an enhancement of Jung’s foundation. My knowledge of physics, good knowledge of nature on earth and in space helped me, because I found application
solutions so quickly and so the MODEL OF PERSONAL CHANGE (SIRIUS PERSONAL TRANFORMATION ) and then the DYNAMIC LEADERSHIP MODEL.
I think it is good to know ourselves well, but we have to be careful not to get stuck in our past, but we have to let go immediately and at some point jump into the present and knowledge so that we can go into the future. So getting to know the past is important to get to know yourself, but “too much” can mean a loss of present life.
So now I realize that basically much of this subject was born of me. if I were to say what the added value of the time spent with me is for those who decide about it and appreciate it:

School:
Life consists of the unconscious (subconscious) and the conscious part (consciousness). And when we say we don’t have a sense of living, I’m in an unconscious part that we don’t even know about. That is why it is important to explore the unconscious part through the external part – the messages we receive from the environment.

Accepting myself, the way I am.

Once we have made a “space” around ourselves, we can also begin to get to know our emotions, as they really are. We can say that only then do we feel ourselves as we really are. The emphasis is mainly on emotional exercises.

Finding solutions

By being in the full phase of consciousness, we are also fully aware of all our responsibilities and no longer look for excuses, but take responsibility into our own hands. We feel ourselves for the first time, where we encounter completely new feelings. For the first time, we can say that we are free.

5. MODULE: ABANDONMENT OF PERSONAL HABITS / 5th level of wisdom –
Decisions on how to solve problems
Duration: 15 hours

When we are “completely grounded,” we know exactly which path we need to go to reach the desired goal. The strategy we create at this point is also being realized.
We are completely re-learning the rules of life, morality, ethics, freedom…

We will answer the question: HOW ARE WE WORK NOW?
The purpose of education is to learn to know oneself, and how to recognize others in what phase they are and can work with them without anticipation of stressful situations.
