Frequently asked questions

How did you manage to write more than 400 books?

I started writing when I was 10 years old! Writing was my escape as I grew up in an abusive environment. There was a lot of alcohol in the family, which was the cause of violence. And so I saw my protection in writing, I had the feeling that only the notebook understood me. I have kept this way of expression to this day.

I never wrote with the intention of publishing books. Books began to be created, as a kind of conclusion of a certain period of life. Thus, at the age of 17 (1992), the first e-book was created; programmed in Trubo Pascal. The first print was published when I was 19 (1994) and then one every year.

Then, along with my job as a physics teacher, I started working on the radio and newspaper, as a journalist, because I started looking at writing as more than just poems and stories. So I started writing about life.

But when I started dealing with people in terms of psychology and psychotherapy, I realized that writing is a kind of mental cleansing. So I began to take writing as a shower of thoughts. So every night I described my feelings, through stories.

Some years ago (2018), I started thinking that writing could be my passive income. And started sending certain sets of texts to different editors all over the world. And, so today (2023), out of 430 book works in print, e-format and audio format, translated into 15 different languages.

So I’ve been writing for 37 years, so that number isn’t that big in terms of unpublished text.

You can buy my books in bookstores all over the world and on various online bookstores, which I can’t even keep track of myself. This is managed by my main publishers King & Justus (USA), Santonelli (Italy), Toena (Albania)… but I manage everything through my publishing house NCC Laboratorij.

So writing isn’t your main source of income?

No, for 24 years I have been dealing with crisis management, which arise due to the personal characteristics of people. So it’s mainly family businesses where they can’t fire someone because they’re a co-owner of the company or a local politician. at the national level, who already has a whole mandate ahead of him, he found himself under great psychological pressure and does not want to resign.

So I solve very specific causes of a crisis, which can turn into a technological or financial crisis. hence the title Crisis Captain.

 

How could a psychotherapist be nominated for the Nobel Prize in Economics?

 It is true that I mostly present myself as a psychotherapist; this is due to the fact that whatever crisis I solve, I always start solving it with key individuals who transmit their bad will through the hierarchy to the entire business or social system. That is why I tackled this phenomenon comprehensively. I have created a kind of collective psychotherapy carried out by the management system itself.

The key, however, is that the system prioritizes personal goals, which must be supported by business goals. So it is an exchange of value and needs, which turns the whole economy based on needs on its head. This was recognized by fellow professors at the European Center for Peace and Development, University for Peace, which is part of the United Nations, and nominated me in 2021.

I was nominated for the Dynamic Management Model, which I based on natural laws, taking into account the current psychological state. As a basis, as a scientist, I started to create by justifying a new scientific method, Dynamology.

How clear to see what you want to achieve!

FOCUS ON A POSITIVE DAY

At the start of each day, you have a choice, of what you want to achieve in the day. To be positive and optimistic or negative and pessimistic?

Do you know that having a positive focus is different from positive thinking?

Have you ever practiced focusing? Have you mentally, mentally prepared yourself for the day ahead of you?

No?

Then it is high time you did because this will help you to cope with the minor crises of the day, but without losing your focus on what you want to achieve in the day. This kind of visualization process is used by many people including politicians, sportsmen, public figures, etc.

When you choose to visualize, you are getting closer to your goal. And when you arrive at your destination, you will feel that you have already experienced it.

When you shift focus, your perspective changes.

Be clear about what you want!

EXERCISES: FOCUS ON A POSITIVE DAY

Here are four exercises I recommend you start doing – tomorrow morning.

MORNING FOCUS

In the morning, when you get up, take 5 minutes. Sit quietly. Imagine the events, the commitments of the day ahead.

Break the habit of checking your phone in the morning by replacing it with a new habit: visualizing the day.

Write down what you want to achieve that day and imagine yourself reaching it.

HAVE A MEETING WITH YOURSELF

Every morning, ask yourself how you want to feel at the end of the day. If it doesn’t feel like that at the end of the day, have a meeting with yourself.

At the meeting, analyze the whole day and see which activities have prevented you from doing so. This means that these activities are taking your energy. Start changing or removing them.

With this exercise, you are focused for just one day. Be aware of the beginning and the end of the day. In this way, you actively start the day and consciously end it. You start to live for each day individually.

REPEAT POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS

Repeat them before going to bed, in the morning when you wake up, during your commute to work, or in a moment of anxiety or stress.

Write one or more of them on a piece of paper and stick it on your mirror, fridge, wallet, phone, etc.

Let positive affirmations accompany you through your daily life. Over time, they will train your subconscious to believe that these statements are true. So instead of turning to negative thinking, you will automatically start to turn back to positive statements.

EXPRESS GRATITUDE

Write down everything you are grateful for. If you don’t want to write, you can say these things out loud or at least in your mind to start with.

You can start with basic expressions of gratitude for your home, family, and job, then build up to being grateful for everything.

HOW CAN YOU DEFEND YOURSELF AGAINST EMOTIONAL VAMPIRES?

Emotional vampires are those who drain our energy and seek us out to recharge! Are they performing flawlessly? Are they doing it perfectly?
YES!

But only as much as we let them.

People can sap your energy for a variety of reasons.

They could be narcissists who require constant attention and adoration. Or, they may be overly dramatic, negative, or constantly complain. Perhaps they are toxically positive and are living a lie in order to survive.

Is your boss or supervisor an emotional vampire?

That’s him if you’ve noticed him constantly seeking attention and making you feel unappreciated.

We recommend that you first try to figure out why it does this. Is it jeopardized by your success?

Solution: Asking for his assistance will tickle his ego.

Here are some tips to help you cope with them.

Tips

1. If you are insecure or vulnerable, avoid them.
NEVER deal with or interact with an emotional vampire unless you are completely relaxed. Avoid people who are constantly spreading negative energy and attempting to transfer it to you as much as possible. This may appear cold and insensitive to you, particularly if the energy vampire is someone close to you, but it is the only option. Remain calm and do not react.

2. Learn to set boundaries!
Set boundaries for them to reduce their negative impact on you.

3. Reestablish emotional control.
In your mind, reframe situations. Do you really want to be the person who caters to everyone in every situation? And only gets stress and physical and emotional exhaustion in return?

4. Time management that works
Make time for others while also making time for yourself.

5. Collect your battles with care.
Arguing with others, particularly those who hold strong beliefs, will only waste your time and energy.

6. Avoid making too much eye contact.
This is a clear indication that you are not addicted to their attraction or interested in their emotionally addictive conversation.

7. Simply listen and do not speak.
Do not take part in the discussion. Remember that energy vampires crave attention; elicit a response from others. Maintain your cool and ignore any negative comments.

8. Leave
Nobody can make you be around them. Surround yourself with positive, happy people!

9. Don’t show any emotion.
Emotional vampires crave attention and approval. You are not responsible for the happiness of others.

10. Maintain a positive attitude.
Be so upbeat that nothing can shake you. You meditate. Eat healthily, exercise regularly, and spend time with people who don’t drain others’ energy because they have plenty of their own.

11. Say positive affirmations several times.
Visualize. “I am a strong, positive, and good person,” for example. Consider yourself to be shielded by an invisible shield of positive energy, through which negativity always bounces and cannot reach you.

I HAVE LEARNED TO SAY - NO!

Learn to say – NO to others and YES to yourself!

I realized that I don’t feel good if I give everyone everything they want just to please them or gain business.

In other words, now I feel free because I have life in my hands again.  I breathe without feeling weighed down.

Now I say NO without fear of what others might think. I walk away from situations that make me uncomfortable and disagree with things that conflict with my beliefs or don’t interest me.

Now I know that my time is important. Because my energy is important. I am important!

I should never waste time on things that do not bring me a sense of peace and joy. I should never feel like I have no choice, because there is always a choice. There are always alternatives.

I’ll make my own decision. I’m going to follow my heart. I will pay attention to my sixth sense. I will make mistakes and will be able to learn from them.

Without a doubt, it’s true – it’s hard to say – NO.

That’s a lot better than pretending I’m fine! That I am doing everything exactly the way others want it. And that at the same time suffering within me and screaming in the silence from the stress.

BOUNDARIES ARE CONNECTED WITH THE ABILITY TO SAY NO!

Where are your boundaries?

Do you have them? Are you always available to everyone at any time, only to yourself – not?

You have to learn to say NO and it’s not easy. Although it sounds easy.  In truth – it isn’t.

NO – it’s a really short word, it only has two letters, but they have a lot of power.

Saying no is not a bad thing. You are not insulting others by doing so. You are simply exercising your will and right to say NO.

Learn how to say NO!

Saying NO does not mean you are selfish, but that you love yourself. This means that the question asked, the action, does not correspond to your beliefs, or something simply does not suit you at that moment.

Say NO to people spreading negativity. Say NO to those who laugh at your dreams. Say NO to hypocrites. To those who evoke strange feelings in you. You can’t be there for all. Get to know your priorities. Know your goals. And say NO to everyone else.

Learning to say NO in personal or business life! Is one of the best things you can do for yourself, but it seems extremely difficult to many. Why? Because they want to please and to be liked.

When you set boundaries, you will see many reasons why they are the way to the secret to success – to happiness – to peace of mind.

Say NO to anything that limits you, puts you in a bad mood, causes you pain, or those actions that make you sad, and say a big – YES – to yourself.

Are you happy?

Am I happy?

I’ve been looking for an answer to this question for a long time! But I couldn’t find him.

One day, when I was driving from Slovenia to Monaco, where I went years ago because I was convinced that the happiest people lived there.

I was surrounded by famous and successful people the moment I realized this. I smiled to myself as they asked me, “What is happiness?”

I’m happy. What about you? Are you happy?

They were curious as to what it meant to be happy. In a way, I was amazed by that, because the whole world travels to India to find happiness.

But I quickly realized that we always think our neighbors are superior, when in fact, they are on the same page as us.

This is how the book Successful We, Happy We came to be, which has been translated into many languages, but most people still don’t understand it.

They expect a recipe in 3 steps, but it never goes all that fast.

Self-centeredness is essential for happiness, because who knows what is best for us better than ourselves?

Being happy is a conscious choice. That is why we must prepare thoroughly for such a decision.

When you are content, your path in life or business is only a step away. Don’t be put off by the obstacles on the way there. Have faith in yourself.

Consider your life and business in a new light.

Exactly thirteen years ago I got tired of busy life, or the time came when I was almost suffocating in a well-established civil service that usually allowed a lot of creativity with young people in school, and I also had extra jobs in the media. There was a guaranteed income, lots of free time, but I felt like my heart was dying. Then I stopped looking down and feeling sorry for myself, but I stepped on the highest peak, closed my eyes and went down… I still fly today, after 13 years, completely free in my empire.

When I decided on an independent business path, I did not follow the crowd, but looked for an empty place, just like I practiced when I was dancing, you always had to look for an empty place on stage to be seen by the commission, it’s the same in business, if you want to be first, you have to find an empty place or… you have to be where nobody is. So until recently I was dealing with Crisis Management, although there was no crisis, and when the “crisis” came up, I started dealing with successes. Namely, that I stay true to my principles, that I never want to follow, that I do not want to be guided, that I just want to be the first and only one.

It is indeed written in my heart, and as I free myself from it, I feel trapped. Since I got to know myself in all these years through the shop and the mirror that was my environment, I was a sculptor of my own personality. I have seen that I had to hit the rock hard many times to get the desired shape. I saw that everything can be changed, only the basic material, not the material from which we carve our personality.

We humans are basically the way we are born and our nature does not change for the rest of our lives. All we can do is to bring ourselves into the desired shape with our own hands, build our own properties, shape matter, but we cannot change its composition.

I have often heard it said that I am a dreamer who wants to change the world. And I have always taken that as a great compliment, and I was very proud of all these statements. And today, after standing on the 13th floor of my office for 13 years with an open view of the world and a company at the center of the world that will literally save the world, I am immensely grateful to everyone for the words of encouragement that I have followed and my dreams have come true.

The matter with which we are born is our dreams, which no one can take away from us, and if we believe in them without hesitation and at the same pace at which we walk the earth, the matter from the dreams will also come true.
And dreams only come alive when we make friends with the world we live in and realize that we can continue to build from here.

They say 13 is an unlucky number, and everyone runs away from it… …it’s the same as I described the dance contest earlier… 13 has positive power, but this power is hidden behind stories with negative content, so that 13 can keep its power. And when you are mature enough, all these secrets will be revealed to you.

All of you who believe in yourselves, do not look at your surroundings, but spread your wings, no matter what the situation is at any given time, do exactly what your heart desires. All the cradles that were built to protect the ego will fall; and the pain you will feel is just nostalgia, like a bad smell that quickly disappears.

Follow your heart and you will walk forever on the sunny side of your life.
