Compliance With the rules In business And sport Is equally Important: »where are our limits!«

hen we talk about how experiences from sport can be transferred to business life, we must also talk about rules.

We are not going to talk about sports rules because we do not participate in competitions, but about rules that we have to follow in safety, such as overloading and correct exercise.

Many entrepreneurs started their journey with almost no capital, all they had were dreams, wishes and perseverance. However, the desire was often too big from reality, and their entrepreneurial path ended in a very large financial deficit. They did not know how to assess their abilities and the market realistically, and if they deviated too far from reality, they collapsed completely. The same applies in sport, if we take a very basic example: If someone wants to lose weight overnight through sport, sooner or later he will hurt himself, and then his weight will only increase through rest, or if we take the example from the column in the previous issue (How to go uphill to overcome business/personal problems):

»If we go too fast at the beginning, we will fail halfway through. It's the same in business, we should not start too early.«

But what is right, when are we fast enough, when are we too fast, when are we loaded enough, when are we overloaded, where is the right measure?

There is no recipe for these questions, there is no table to look at, there is only one rule, we must first know for ourselves who we are and where our limits are. And that is our reality.

So our reality is where our boundaries are.

We often ask ourselves what is true, whether what is written in the law is true, or what we feel, or what we have established as the social norm. When we start to ask ourselves such things, we actually ask ourselves who we really are. And when we run out of energy to ask ourselves what is right and what is wrong, we submit to social norms. So it’s a difficult question of who we are and where we are going, but we certainly have a goal. However, the times we live in increasingly force us to give ourselves this answer as well. Most social norms will also fall during this time, because there has been too much competition. It is true that sport is much more popular because of competition, which is also true of
the business world, but if our only goal in sport is victory and our only goal in business is money, then we will never get far. We have to enjoy what we do, money and victories are just a consequence of what we do. In recent years we have lived too much for external and material things, and that alone has brought us satisfaction, and all the way there we have only longed and waited for it to happen. All this waiting and longing has caused us to run out of inner energy, we have burned out and become emotionally completely numb.

And that is the first basic rule, which is the same in sport and in business. So, we must not work in order to survive and earn, but it must be a consequence, if not, we will end up without money and burn out, we must not train to win, but it must be a consequence if we do not end up injured and burned out.

So we will also start to get to know ourselves. We have to try different things in life, in business and in sports, and only in the one where we really enjoy it and it will be great for us at every step, is it the right business or the right sport for us. At the same time we have to take care of ourselves. By recognizing our feelings, when they are positive and when they are negative, we will really know our
limits. Of course we have to be honest with ourselves. What we feel, we are allowed to “take”, and everything else we have to let go. And what we are going to do, we must then “separate” honestly and sincerely.

Yes, we know our limits by watching ourselves, by monitoring our feelings. In the business world we are constantly confronted with business opportunities, and in some we see quick profits and in others a challenge. And if we do not see “resistance” in any of them, that is, we do not ask ourselves, yes, when will I do it, how much will it cost me, what will others say… then we will enjoy it and do it without stress. If there is any doubt, it’s better not to start. Secondly, if we are pessimistic by nature, it is better not to start at all.

In business, there are no guarantees, and anything is possible. It all depends on us. We have to believe in our ideas, but we must implement them within our limits, within the limits of what we are realistically capable of doing. It is the same in sport, we have to find out what we really enjoy and put it into practice within these limits, where our abilities or. we have to train to increase our abilities.

Rejuvenation of the Company

Lately I have noticed that more and more directors are opting for various plastic surgery procedures to look younger. More and more people are afraid of their age, of their transience. However, I notice that they work with "artificial" means, i.e. they work for a short time and then they are repaired again and again and in the end they are not even similar to themselves.

At first I also thought that this was the only way to rejuvenate, until I met experts who do this naturally, and saw that with certain techniques and procedures we can indeed remain “eternally” young.

In the company itself it is the same, and I am not talking about employees, but about processes. It is important that we constantly renew, update and optimize the process. But we do not renew the process only by replacing “machines”, but above all by the way the management is conducted, by developing the potential of the employees, by the culture in the company.

The company must be vital at all times.

If we make a comparison between a man and a company, what does rejuvenation mean?

When we take care of our psychophysical condition – sports, nutrition, mental health, emotional balance, peace of mind… – we are internally stable, calm and few things can get us out of the way, and this is also the basis for a healthy body. However, we cannot stop the aging of the body, but we can stop the aging of memory, brain, consciousness and thinking.

It is the same in the company, we must constantly look after the well-being of our employees, but not by being lazy, but by promoting their potential and by constantly being under positive stress. We must ensure good communication, we must constantly check that we understand each other, and we must update processes and technology.

If we want to do this in a way that ensures success and a high employee culture, we have to do it naturally.

By means:

  • to encourage employees not to manipulate,
  • to treat our complexes not on others but with ourselves,
  • to give employees the opportunity to find solutions themselves,
  • to give them the freedom of choice and accountability...

It’s the same with us personally.

Means:

  • drink enough water to keep the body (skin) moist at all times,
  • to eat food and natural extracts that contain sufficient vitamins and minerals,
  • that we have a balanced hormone balance at all times,
  • not to be exposed to the sun,
  • not to use "artificial" cosmetics,
  • to use as many natural materials as possible for clothing.

We can be young in our mind and in our body for a very long time if we behave in a friendly and healthy way.

It’s the same in the company, we have to be in full form all the time to be able to adapt to trends. Therefore, it is not always good to say that a company has a long tradition, because maybe it still does everything according to the methods of that time. Companies with a tradition must emphasize and prove their vitality.

With motivation to burn out

Over the last ten years we have been talking more and more about burnout, and now the term has even been added to the list of officially recognized diseases. My humble opinion is that this supports laziness. Perhaps you are surprised now, because burnout is caused by working too hard. That is true, but we do too much of what we do not like because we cannot take a fundamental step in life to do what we really like.

Often we get caught up in a system that rewards us very successfully or lets us live, and then we swim in this kind of comfort, torture… or whatever you call it. And this is a typical trait that crawls through Slovenia like a “demon”, self-torture. Burnout is nothing more than torturing yourself while eating or… we perform masochism over ourselves for so long that we mutilate ourselves and then we cannot work anymore or… we find a medically justified excuse to get sick.

It is the same with material in nature, every material has a certain limit of “plasticity”, i.e. the area where the material bends and then returns to its original state without damage, if we cross the limit of plasticity, destroy the healthy structure in the material, can return to its original position.

It is the same with human nature, we go beyond our possibilities, we consume all healthy supplies, and we already start with healthy tissue. At least here the burnout is a good sign to stop before the living body tissue really begins, because we then call it cancer.

So raising awareness of burnout is a step before we get cancer.

However, in order to avoid burnout at all, one must first set a personal goal. Because personal goals are not the ultimate goal, they are our dreams. Meanwhile, business goals can destroy us to a large extent, as we essentially follow other dreams.

In this way we will also be able to define exactly why we do something in business, what we get out of it, and we will be constantly motivated. But if we have material goals and follow others, those who want to motivate us will essentially lead us to their goals… in other words, they will lead us down the
path of burnout.

There is much talk today about motivating employees, but on the other hand we hear that employees are being manipulated.

The difference is very small, so that some people do not even notice it. But basically it is when the manager, out of the employee’s personal “complexes” and interests, encourages them to meet his needs, not the needs of the company and not in the interest of the employee’s potential and needs.

However, it is not the fault of the directors alone here, because for the most part they do not even know what they are really doing. They think they are doing it for the benefit of the employees, but in reality their picture is completely blurred. Their responsibility is not to know themselves.

So the first requirement for leadership is a good knowledge of oneself.

But I would like to go back to early childhood, where the problem of leadership begins or becomesblurred.

In the first six years of life, when a person’s personality is developing, the child somehow imitates life around him or her so that he or she can then imitate life. This camera is called EGO. And in so far as these pictures show a picture in which the adults around them do not live as they feel, the more power EGO has in later life, the more it means that we actually live as a film is made. You could say that we live a strange life within ourselves.

So you could say that there are two films running in our personality, the one that was implanted in us and the other that was born (our potential).

And when the leader who wants to motivate looks through his eyes EGO or. this surface film, he will also see this surface film in the employees and will satisfy the surface needs of the employees, the primary ones or he will not see the real potentials at all. And this is called manipulation. If the leader works a lot on the development of his own personality and has grown beyond his EGO, then he will
see through his potential (… modern we call it observing with the heart) and will actually see the potential of the employee and work on the satisfaction and development of these needs. The topic is called motivation!

So the basic rule for avoiding burnout is to ask yourself what you want, who you are… which otherwise means turning your whole life upside down. But there will be no more doubts, you will always know exactly where you are… I am talking about worries, what we are, why we have to do all this… so this step has to be temporary, slow. Just as we have slowly drifted into the captivity of other’s targets, we must slowly return to ourselves.

How “nature” would put together its best staff team!

The second book from the DYNAMIC MANAGEMENT MODEL collection has started to be written. In the first book (I), which is not yet officially out, I write about the comparison of psychological phenomena and natural phenomena, where I explain and justify that natural phenomena (storm, volcano, earthquakes, calm sea…) are exactly the same as psychological phenomena in

people (excitement, anger, happiness, peace…) and in this way, if we observe nature and the whole origin of its occurrence, we can directly predict what is happening in ourselves and prevent many negative things in seven steps by the method of SiriusPersonalTransformation. Namely, a storm in us can often do more damage around us than nature itself. 😉

In the second book, however, I begin by describing natural processes that I compare to business processes. Namely, the entire Dynamic Leadership Model is in the first phase focused on the management of the company, so all comparisons are based on this area.

So in this case I took for the project GOZD, which is a natural company and in it we can find all the comparisons and processes that the company has, but they are maximally optimized in Gozd, and from this we can see where we can optimize certain processes , without causing stress. Today, I am tackling the Forest, so a series of longer records will be created, this time I will compare the trees and staff in the company. Namely, higher than a tree in the forest means that it must be the strongest in order to break through to the highest position. It’s the same with the staff in the company. Higher up when you want to get there, you have to be the strongest person.

Of course, this does not mean that I am now rethinking and discovering something, all of this once existed, but we have forgotten for some reason. To me, this knowledge, in a way, comes by itself or. I draw them from some old DNA memories. However, even my nature itself draws me to explore old knowledge, forgotten civilizations that already knew all this. I was directed to this by my hobby Astronomy, with which I started working at the age of 8 and later also studied physics and did a degree in astronomy on comet Hall-Bopp. And the more I learned about the history of the development of Astronomy, the more I realized that we once knew much more, without the technologies we use today. Which led me to think that people at the time had much more developed senses and acted in harmony with nature. And when I studied this with ancient Greek athletes, I developed the SiriusPersonalTransformation program (described in the book I). For the needs of the Winner’s Path program.

And when I set out to discover forests and trees, I fell very quickly on the Celts.

To resist the storms of life, we must be well rooted in our personal strength, virtues, and values. Follow the teachings of the ancient Celts, imagine yourself as a tree, and discover what qualities you carry written in your roots.

In world mythologies, stories and religions, the tree is a powerful symbol of deep and sacred significance. Forests offered shelter to ancient peoples and various types of trees protected them from enemies and breakage with their special powers. Northern peoples from areas rich in dense forests have developed a tradition of the importance and power of trees.

The Celts and their sage druids divided the year into thirteen periods. Each period represents one tree whose characteristics and importance were able to describe the characteristics of people born in that period. Let us also discover our tree in this ancient wisdom. It may help us to feel our forgotten instinctive nature and connect more strongly with the essence of our being. However, I will not talk about the horoscope here, nor in which part of the year anyone is born…

Due to uncertainty, they are often alone. They are artistic souls, good organizers, but somewhat inclined to philosophize. They get into every situation, they take relationships very seriously.

Their “superpower”: uncertainty.

They are usually very beautiful and love luxury. They are in good health, they are not shy, they like to look down on others. They are confident, determined, impatient, love to influence others. They have many talents, they are optimistic, they are waiting for true love, they are able to make quick decisions.

They like to be in pleasant company, they are good companions who know how to make the lives of their loved ones even more pleasant. They are very active and resilient. They fall in love quickly, but they also quickly give up and lose interest. Before they find the ideal partner, they trust them quite a bit and trust their “real” one. They are trustworthy and practical.

Life changes are painful for them. They hate disputes and quarrels, as well as stress and most likely their job as well. They do not like boredom and comfort, they are gentle and indulgent, they sacrifice themselves for friends. They are very talented, but they are not ambitious enough to improve their talent. They constantly tarnish and criticize, they are very jealous but loyal.

They are robust in nature, strong, independent, uncompromising, but also sensitive. They don’t like any change, they stand firmly on the ground with their feet, they stick to the facts, they just don’t think, but act.

In difficult times, you are calm, determined, and responsible, and therefore often find yourself in the role of a self-deprecating leader. Independent, strange and full of contradictions, often selfish, aggressive, generous, educated, unexpected, spontaneous, unlimited ambition and ambition, not flexible, difficult and strange partners, others rarely love but often wonder, good strategists, very jealous and passionate, do not make any compromises.

Wonderful but very melancholic, attractive, very spirited. They love everything that is beautiful and delicious, they love travel, they are dreamy, tireless, complex and sincere. So if we want to put together a certain team of people with a certain purpose, it is enough to look at how a forest that is in nature with a certain purpose is composed; and then, according to the same properties of the trees, we assemble a group of collaborators.

A dynamic model of leadership with such examples only proves its definition of how the transfer of knowledge and experience from nature to the company can only facilitate work and give us more energy for life. Still, the first condition is to give a personal goal before a business one.

How do we know Who is the best Employee for us!

Yesterday I received an urgent call from Austria, with the intention that their branch in Slovenia is completely incompatible with them and they do not understand each other. I contacted them today in Vienna and they explained the whole situation to me.

Through the recruitment agency, they described what kind of staff they need and that they want the best people and will reward them highly. They all got the best results in psychological tests and also had the best recommendations.

Now we have a disaster in the company, they cannot talk, everybody
works in their own way… …as if they had the worst employees in the world.

As soon as I talked to them and read some electronic communication between them, I immediately realized… they just do not understand or… they respond to each other with psychological patterns/complexes, but the tests were done on a potential basis.

After all, if we want to choose the best team, it’s the same as putting together a sports team, and we have to look at people’s character first, not just their  potential. After all, every human being has a certain potential because of his or her character, and if we do not take both into account and coordinate them, we may end up with a “catastrophe”. After all, character is made up of qualities with which we are born and which we cannot change, that is, actually ourselves, and of qualities that we get from the environment, which are called complexes and do not show our true picture, and if the environment puts pressure on these “qualities”: “We will bring unrest to the environment…

So the test has to show if they understand each other and how they will react to the whole team.

I use various techniques in profiling and team building, but the emphasis is on developing my own intuition through
Sirius Personal Tranformation
(SPT – Quantum Personality Leap)… or in short, cleaning up the psychological garbage of childhood and developing the potential we were born with.

The most important technique that gives results at first sight is physiognomy, which allows us to understand the basic characteristics of a person from their facial features or physical appearance. It is very difficult to make a mistake. After all, physical appearance is a product or a reflection of our DNA, and it is very difficult to change it so that we can say that our appearance already betrays our true nature. However, this technique is very difficult to support scientifically, so it is also very rarely used as an evidentiary technique or as a technique in personnel selection. However, this technique can be used for quick analysis / profiling out of the picture.

For a more detailed analysis I also use the knowledge of Transactional Analysis, which in translation means Communication Analysis and is part of the psychotherapeutic methods. If we just listen to what someone tells us verbally, there is basically only a 7% chance that we will actually understand them.
Transactional analysis also teaches us to recognize unconscious patterns, such as the way we dress, the color of our voice, our gestures and posture… so that the whole part that we do not pay attention to at all still tells us something. Where things from general recognition (previously mentioned physiognomy) already confirm the exact causes or. a picture of the personality.

With Transactional Analysis we also directly analyze ourselves, and so we can recognize which of what someone tells us is  also our mirror. And we use this information for personality growth.

However, the most accurate image of personality is the technique of profiling with the help of bioenergy, which would generally mean reading another person’s energy and transforming it into “visual images” in the mind, through which we obtain images of the candidate and various “films”. So we can do visual simulations… However, this technique is based exclusively on the already mentioned SPT. It means that we ourselves have to be “pure” in order to raise our consciousness to a higher level than our surroundings, because then we
see ourselves as people who are energetically on a lower level. So it is not about supernatural abilities, but only about the purity of our subconscious and the frequency of our energy.

Even the old leaders had these qualities, so they were leaders. At that time you did not become a leader in terms of “connections”, money, but only in terms of personal qualities, which is now coming back to the fore. However, we have “forgotten” all this with our way of life.

A good profile is therefore the basis for understanding the situation in the company. Based on the profile, an action plan for change or conflict resolution can be drawn up. The change must therefore be slow but determined enough that by influencing the psychological patterns of the individual we do not create an even greater crisis, but rather calm him down and slowly move towards a new goal.

The personality profile is not always the same, so we cannot go back to old data, because some things can change overnight. So the basis is a record in the DNA, and everything else must always be checked continuously, depending on the situation. It is therefore essential that the directors themselves learn these techniques, because they are basically managing the people who make up the company.

This is when the role of human resources starts to change, they need to be at the highest level of personal development in order to be able to constantly follow what is happening in the company “unencumbered” and to guide the development of the employees. In doing so, they support the manager with up-to-date data, who must focus on the strategy / direction of the company.

For those of you who’ve made the transition from stroke to leadership. In the case mentioned, I suggested that you do not dismiss employees, but first remove all disturbing elements (communication, seating, colors on the walls…) that have promoted psychological complexes – negative patterns. Then they change the way of communication according to the system of Dynamic Management Model or. to introduce a dynamic communication mode. At the same time, they also carry out coaching for each individual who is most important for the flow of information.

I would like to point out that I am not basically writing anything new, but only in the memory of my DNA am I discovering old memories that I passed down from my ancestors from a few thousand years ago. I am now adapting them to the new society.

The dynamic leadership model, which I substantiated in the book collection and in my lectures, basically connects all processes and phenomena in nature with business processes and psychological phenomena. I can’t say I’ve discovered anything new, just like Einstein did NOT, but he just explained the connections between mass and energy in a simple way. I did the same in a simple way to unravel and fold the information that ultimately gives the result. In my research, I largely rely on ancient knowledge that I discovered in my early years of studying physics and astronomy, which later helped me in writing when I realized that I had written some psychological texts that were in fact written a few thousand years ago, but in a different language and style, but the content was exactly the same.

So I focused on research in people, the transfer of information between generations, how memory is actually transmitted, what all influences decision-making…

And based on observing the environment, nature, people… I have substantiated a business methodology that prevents duplication, manipulation, stress, loss… and is made on observing nature, how it manages and manages its ecosystems.

The dynamic leadership model is a completely natural method of work. With this method, I opened the door to people from the centuries-old slavery of the Industrial Revolution, where the heart comes first. With my library, I open the door to a world of forgotten things.

Petition for the Death Penalty !

Slovenia is still at the top of the suicide rate, and when I look at the statistics for the last ten years, this number only increases, especially among working people. Or, if I look at it differently, I can say that this number has increased with the so-called economic crisis or the inability to run the country.

In those days, the state did everything to protect its property, spent more than EUR 5 billion, but forgot those who contributed that money, its own citizens. Namely, that a large number of entrepreneurs found themselves in various chain enterprises at that time, and that they therefore went without anything overnight. And yet the state did nothing to protect them, but only intensified the repressive measures.

The entrepreneurs, the vast majority of whom lived during this period, went through a torture of pain… they were left alone, with no possessions, no friends and eventually no family… no one saw their pain anymore, just bad things. And, so many of them ended their lives.  And in the end, to be exhausted, they just end this life.

 But the state is not only to blame, the state is a reflection of the state of mind of our nation. I was encouraged to write this by the statement of Nika Kljun: “She was encouraged to go abroad, especially by the attitude of Slovenians towards the work of other people: It hurt me very, very much. “She admitted that she faced various obstacles during her adolescence, and this has shaped her. In the USA, she freed herself from negativism.

“Well, who, in a way, pushed a button in me that had long been preparing for an explosion. “People who work, who create, who create… …want to develop their potential that they did not know how to develop in early childhood… they make many mistakes, but not on purpose, often because they follow their dreams and then “fall” into different promises, those who want to be tested… in such a state they are vulnerable and then consistently responsible… But they never do it intentionally, because someone who wants to develop his true potential cannot develop it through exploitation, but only through encouragement, here they only listen to their heart. They build their way in the light, but this is how they have to go through the darkness of their lives.

And all along this path people do not see his message that they want to give, they only see the mistakes, which is maybe only 1% of his way, which in some way fits to it. That shows the narrowness of the nation, which is that it sees only 1%, not this width. And then people advertise on various networks what they “see” and what is even more interesting, so that the official media summarize it as official news… and so we kill that person forever.

And in the end we say that we live in a constitutional state. Law is the rule, and basically the law supports morality. Without morality, law becomes an instrument of darkness.

That is why I suggest, dear lawyers, that you, dear lawyers, reintroduce the institute of Death Penalty, so that entrepreneurs who fall for their story are no longer tortured, but killed immediately! And in the end you say: Glory be
to them!

But I could give the title: “Why did I go abroad and why am I leaving again!”

Goodbye SIRIUS!

My thoughts are increasingly turning to the situation in Slovenia. I’m dealing with what an anomaly we live in and when I watched the Studio City show on Monday, I can say that the show was a real revelation. As if the question confirmed it to me: “Is Slovenia a state governed by the rule of law at all? Does Slovenia even formally exist legally? Should its existence be verified before the Constitutional Court? "

Namely, I always wanted to make an analysis of how many laws are current in Slovenia or. how many are based, on the right basis… and how many decisions have destroyed thousands of lives due to misinterpretation. Just because the law says so. A law that doesn’t really apply at all!

This voice and anger is getting stronger in me and when I followed the last messages of the Slovenian leaders, I saw that this is exactly what they are saying and then I wonder if they are also chosen correctly as leaders?

In these days, which are primarily intended to calm down and to turn to ourselves, not to rage, headless parties, to become even more alienated from myself, I have also delved deep into myself, but not so much into my needs and desires , but there very deep, in that voice that has been loud since ancient times. A call for battle, for rebellion. I started to tackle this gradually, namely I am still in the phase of preparation, for deepening in myself.

Last weekend, I finished the year-round “therapy only”, where I wanted to prepare for life in an instant.

The process has been long and arduous as I have removed from my life all distractions of feelings that want to divert attention from my true nature like sugar, cigars, alcohol… especially in recent days, these feelings have been very much alive and I have seen it all what previously seemed unimportant to me. And now all of a sudden I find this the biggest pain, but in reality it was here all the time, I just didn’t see it, so it couldn’t hurt. However, now that I am aware of this, I can also correct and make it so that it will support my personal goals.

Well, I ended the process by visiting the Pyramids, which were discovered near Poreč in Croatia. But these pyramids were not necessarily made for living, they were made, like a station, for someone who is not necessarily from this civilization of ours. I find that we have a feeling that we are eternal. And far from it. Living beings also have their evolution, and just as we were created, we will disappear one day and maybe some similar civilization will come… and these pyramids are remnants, some other civilizations. If we want to understand it, we will have to think differently, with different patterns. These are not traps or communication channels with other civilizations… they are just rubbish like we leave behind every day.

So I stood on the pyramid of Sirius, whose name has accompanied me for the last 20 years. I did not invent this name myself, but someone who was in my Heart at the time and I now say goodbye to him.

And at that moment I also met a book or a call… The Kingdom of the Old Slovenes of Dubrovnik and the Mljet Abbot Mavr Orbini was first published in 1601. It describes the origin of almost all peoples who spoke Old Slovene. It also describes their many and varied conquests in Europe, Asia, and Africa, the development of their kingdoms, their ancient beliefs, and the period of their Christianization. The name (old) Slovenes is relatively young and our ancestors had many other names before that. All Old Slavic peoples spoke a single language; this is the crowning proof that they all come from the same lineage, namely, Japheth, the eldest son of Noah. Therefore, the history of our ancestors can be traced back to the time after the last space dive, as did Orbini. The Vatican banned the book two years after its publication and included it in its list of banned books, as it proves too precisely and clearly the dominance of the old Slovenes, these descendants of the first people, from the Bronze Age onwards, and also clearly states that In the middle of the first millennium, the old Slovenes occupied our places, the locals there spoke the same Old Slovene language!

It was translated into Slovene this year by Peter Amalietti, and so I actually got an insight into the old psychological patterns of our nation that I deal with.

I myself deal with psychological patterns from early childhood that influence business decisions.

While in my doctoral dissertation I was looking for a solution so that the Mayor with his personality would not have too much influence on the development of the municipality he leads. Mainly because they put themselves in the role of the absolute leader. Not here now to keep in mind Ljubljana and its mayor. He had to come as a knight to wake her. But now that she’s awake, she has to move on.

In my research work, I proposed a solution to separate the setting of the strategy of the municipality from the current government, so that the nation or. the local community itself… more in the book Dynamic model of management of local administrative systems.

Now, as I read these more than 400-year-old records dating back a few thousand years, I see that in fact it was sometimes the case that a nation chose its leader, but they did not expect the leader to create their own destiny. , they always had it in their hands.

So now all these records only confirm to me that it is necessary to revive the forgotten knowledge and transfer it to the current time, because in this way we will primarily revive our code record in the DNA that re-awakens, that our true nature.

So now I see that the Dynamic Model of Leadership, in fact, is the one that awakens the forgotten nature that brings us back to ourselves, from where we come from.

In the book Kingdom of Old Slovenes, I see that we were once born Warriors and this is in fact our code record. The key to the code record, however, I now see in the Dynamic Control Model. The Knights will slowly wake up and reawaken the Slovenian nation. And not into war, but into life.

If I look at it so logically, I could say that we Slovenes really have a Warrior in us and that we have to fight all the time if we do not fight for a clear goal, we fight with ourselves (depression). And if we weren’t warriors, we wouldn’t be able to exist as long, given the size we are.

This confirms my model from my doctoral dissertation so that I can transfer the same to the regional and national level and our primary CODE will be activated.

Now it is also clear to me that I did not come from SIRIUS, but from somewhere much further, but I am still looking for my home.

Corruption, a reflection of running the country!

I have been dealing with the psychology of leadership for more than 20 years, and above all the causes of successes and failures. In doing so, as an entrepreneur and researcher, I develop methodologies that enable success. However, not success at any cost, but success that arises on the basis of potentials. Thus, I am developing the scientific science of Dynamiology, which actively studies living processes and phenomena in the connection between man and nature. Previously, I have already substantiated the business methodology Dynamic management model based on the laws of natural order. In short, I want to encourage the development of people’s potentials, or as they say in general language, the light of people.

We make the biggest mistake in our society to create a non-motivational work process, and not just financially, especially communication and interpersonal relationships. And then, instead of setting up services and offices to help and encourage, we create repressive bodies, we send inspectors like scarecrows around, instead of like mentors.

And all these measures are in fact fostering corruption in the state administration. Even though we want to do as much as possible, to a fair society. In reality, this forced honesty, just killing what little healthy is left.

So if we really want to solve corruption, we need to change the way we work and, above all, the attitude towards employees. In reality, we must not deal with corruption at all, but with relations and the way we work, and above all, we must establish a healthy work environment.

What does a healthy environment even mean?

Where there is a clear goal, a job, and where a person has a formed personal goal to know why he or she is in a particular job at all. And after almost 20 years of active cooperation with the municipal and state administration, I can only confirm that… there are no clear goals. When there is no clear goal, a theme is born in us and everything related to it… also corruption. However, no one who thinks soundly is targeted by a corrupt act. This means that whoever is involved in corruption has been forced into it by the system. Because a healthy system is designed to encourage satisfaction among employees, and a bad system encourages satisfaction through corruption.

So who is to blame for corruption, the one who exploits it, or the one who runs the system?
Thus, we can look for the culprit indefinitely, so it is important to stop using energy to persecute, but to create a healthy – stimulating process where corruption does not exist at all.

What do new Technologies bring to the field of Life psychology

Over the last 100 years we have witnessed the extremely rapid development of industry and thus of technology. The human psyche, which had previously developed very slowly for thousands of years, had to develop and improve extremely fast. This, in turn, increased the number of mental illnesses as well as the various substances needed for survival and revival. Nevertheless, we tolerated this rapid shock relatively well, because our way of working did not change, it only accelerated.

But now with Blockchain, 5G, Dynamic Leadership Model, Quantum Mindset the logic of thinking will change completely. We now worked in a way that we had every step under control. In the new period, women can remain “normal” because they can do several things at once, and given the predispositions of men, I doubt that for a long time. Namely, that the new technologies completely deprive them of their own control over the environment and only encourage confidence. 

This means that we need to focus more on ourselves. Stabilize yourself, be aware. Because if we do not speed up, the blackest scenarios can happen that technology and others take complete control over us.

 

  • Blockchain does not allow any more manipulation, which means that we have to be completely honest at the beginning. This means that before we conclude an agreement and sign it, we must think carefully and look deep inside ourselves, because there will be no turning back. It will no longer be possible to negotiate with emotionless technology.
  • 5G, gives you complete control over the technology and the information... about who you hang out with, what you do... and unknowingly hanging out with people who have made mistakes on purpose, means your "rating" is lower, and can affect the price of collateral to open a bank account...
  • DMV, works on the principle of nature or, as we use the term "separation" in technology, eliminates everything that is unhealthy. And only that which remains is in harmony with the goals of the system and the development of one's own potential.
  • Kvantna miselnost,thinking is thinking without limits. No more, my... your... Quantum thinking knows neither the past nor the future, it means an extremely open mind... ...right here and now!

And maybe we could find something. New technologies prevent tampering, but they do bring confidence and a very high level of awareness. If we do not consciously ascend ourselves, the technology and those who master it, will think that we are manipulating, and then we will become enemy number one.

Are we even ready for new times?

We are not, not even close, but we will have to do something, because we will not be able to do it while we live.

Or is it simply this turning point when we approach the 10 billion population, which is too critical for the Earth itself and which we have to halve?

This decision will be difficult, but nature itself will not wait indefinitely and simply cut itself with an earthquake, a volcano, a disease…

Nature will create a balance because we do not know it ourselves. Unless we are faster.
