The state of the Environment Is a reflection of our way of Thinking

In this post, I want to show how everything around us depends on us.

I have a lot of experience of working in the business world, and it is confirmed to me time and again that we use our “disordered” thoughts and thought patterns to bring disorder to the business world as well. When I started to think globally, I realized that it is the same with the relationship between friends
and family members and ultimately with our relationship to the environment.

So we began to think globally in our company, not only in terms of business processes, but also:

  • How can you save the world?
  • How can we work preventively so that things do not get worse, and at the same time bring the natural and business system back to its original form.

So we have divided the company into three segments: We cleanse the environment, we cleanse processes and we cleanse relationships. While we have already elaborated and developed the last two, we are only at the beginning of the first segment. But we are not alone here. We know many experts who know this very well and are now united in Ecoremediation Network Slovenia. In this paper I present my path to ecomediatrics.

When I was still working as a physicist, my first business paths focused on process management, i.e. on how to design a business process in an optimal way. That worked for me, too.

However, when I checked in some cases how things were progressing in practice, I was disappointed because companies only partially accepted my solutions or not at all. After the discussions, I realized that the problem was not at all in the process I was working on, but in the people who simply could not get used to it. Therefore I expanded my knowledge in physics and project management with
motivating methods. In this way, the people involved in the process redesign were able to do this long after I had set up the system. And yet not for that long, because they always returned to the old ways. It was really not clear to me why, because I was convinced that I had used all the knowledge in the world.

The state of the environment is a reflection of our way of thinking - Milan Krajnc

But I was very wrong. It was only when I started to get to know the functioning of the whole company better that I realized that absolutely all “orders” come from above, from the director. This meant that my work would never come alive at the bottom of the processes as long as he always communicated information to the process in the same way. Then I realized that it would be much cheaper for companies if only the directors changed certain beliefs, habits and ways of communication than to renew entire systems. But because of the strong ego of the director, it was much easier and cheaper to change the habits of 500 other employees.

Then I began to observe how the director’s information is hierarchically transferred to the processes, and through the deviations in the processes I began to create a psychological picture of each director. I even got to know some of them so well that after deviating from any process, I knew how he talked to his wife in the morning. It was funny, but it did not lead anywhere. I was mainly interested in the reasons why they were causing problems for the company and how to solve them (the last thought was to replace the director).

Proces osebne transformacije-Milan Krajnc

Since I already had a lot of practical knowledge in creating psychological profiles, I have expanded this knowledge through theory.

First with the Reality Therapy, which I studied at the time when I was most involved in project management, as I used it to teach people to take responsibility. And then with neurolinguistic programming and transactional analysis.

All three methods are methods of psychotherapy. When I had enough theoretical knowledge, I saw that directors behave that way because otherwise they do not know each other. Such behavior and character were learned in childhood. Their first teachers and role models were parents who learned this from their parents. In this way they transferred all the patterns of behavior from their childhood. Of course this should not be an excuse, because they are all adults and the fact is that if they are not aware of it, they cannot change anything.

So you could say that their childhood runs the company. So I was able to develop and learn techniques that help to clear the subconscious and remove patterns from childhood. Psychologists call it psychological garbage, and I have learned to clean it up. In fact, I have noticed that I know how to clean up a business process and a person’s subconscious so that they do not put “garbage” in the business process. So all we have to do is change our way of thinking and stop causing problems for ourselves and others.

At that time I was convinced that I could save the whole world. But only then did I open my eyes.

I realized that a person with this way of thinking causes problems not only in the business world, but also in personal relationships and in the environment. I solved the relationship very quickly when we opened a marriage counseling and education company that is working on renovating it.

However, how to deal with the environment was not even remotely clear to me. If I change the director’s way of thinking today, the result will be felt in the company tomorrow. If I change the thinking of the president of the country today, the water will still be poisoned tomorrow. Only if we prevent the pollution of nature will we never restore it to its original state, but nature itself will do what is best for it.

This in turn could mean that it will eliminate those who destroy it. So we humans, humanity… But we do not want that.

I realized that we cannot save the world just by changing our minds – we have to save not only the human “soul”, but also human nature.

The state of the environment is a reflection of our way of thinking - Milan Krajnc

That is how I came across the concept: eco-mediation

Ecoremediation (ERM) is the use of natural systems and processes to protect and restore the environment and forms the basis for ecosystem technologies. The added value of ERM is that it involves revitalizing parts of the environment that have already been damaged, which is an exceptional value and, above all, restores value to the environment. This is also important because the restored environment gives back its value as it can be used to develop other activities.

With ERM we protect ecosystemically important areas from pollution and at the same time enable sustainable development by using nature for development. This reduces the impact of natural disasters.

Ecoremediation is a measure to maintain and strengthen the balance in the environment, i.e. to increase the self-purifying power of the environment. Because of its preventive and at the same time curative role, eco-mediation is of exceptional value and should be included in development plans.

Ecoremediation - Milan Krajnc

Preventive role of eco-medication

In all planned interventions in the environment, it is necessary to compare, consider and implement eco-mediation as a preventive measure. Compared to the prevention of degradation, the remedy of environmental damage is much more expensive and unreliable. Therefore, we give an important role to education, as ERMs enable the understanding of the functioning of nature, processes in nature and their monitoring (e.g. water purification, retention of heavy metals in the soil, noise reduction). Information, education and lifelong learning are also important. The preventive importance of ERM is remarkable because it involves different target groups, from children to the elderly, different professional profiles and legislators.

The curative role of ERM

Due to the need to apply best practices to remedy environmental damage, which often results from non-compliance with natural conditions, ERM is also used for remediation. Ecosystem technologies can reduce and eliminate the consequences of natural disasters (floods, droughts, landslides, etc.), senseless pollution (agriculture, tourism, transport, industry, landfills and scattered settlements). With relatively low costs we can achieve great effects in protecting the environment, water resources, streams, rivers, lakes, groundwater and the sea. The basic functions of eco-mediation are large buffer, self-purification and habitat capacities. These should be used to protect water resources, contaminated soils and sediments and to mitigate the effects of climate change.

In direct contact with experts, I have found out that the impact on nature has been very severe over the last hundred years and that we have “cooked” many of today’s weather phenomena ourselves. The same has happened to man himself, as he has forgotten himself in the last hundred years and is rushing forward at incredible speed, preoccupying himself with everything else but himself.

Thus a lot of psychological dust has accumulated in the human subconscious, sometimes even in the DNA, which cannot be changed overnight but is a process of longer duration. It is the same in nature. We cannot save it overnight, but with slow measures we can slowly bring nature back into nature, i.e. into nature itself.

The state of the environment is a reflection of our way of thinking - Milan Krajnc

Basically, we are all directors, we all run a company that is called our life. However, we do not have unlimited resources, least of all time. If we want to enjoy the time we are given in this world, we have to be honest with ourselves and with nature. We will not complicate business, friendships and family relationships with honesty.

As much as we love ourselves, we will love others and nature. So we must first love ourselves, and in doing so we must be aware that we must breathe the cleanest air, drink the cleanest water and live in the most beautiful surroundings. However, we cannot do all this just for ourselves, because we are part of a big whole, and only with positive thinking will we be able to contribute to the whole. Therefore, in the business world, the ultimate goal must not only be profit, but a logical consequence, and intervention in nature must not only serve to satisfy needs, but must restore our natural beauty.

Absolutely all actions are a reflection of ourselves, everything we see “ugly” in the environment is also with us, we created it ourselves.

Psychotherapy for people, reorganization for companies and eco-medication for nature are only temporary “tools” to save our lives, to get life back on the right track. We may forget them later, but we will have to live according to their principles.

How to follow the phases of therapy - Milan Krajnc

How can the phases of the therapy be followed

The article is primarily aimed at all therapists or those who work on themselves.

In personal counseling it is very difficult to measure the effects, because we are constantly talking about feelings. Clients expect a miracle from us after the first meeting. They are convinced that we have a “magic wand”. However, this is not the case. Therefore, clients are usually disappointed after the first therapy because their expectations are too high. The most important thing is to communicate with the client at the beginning, how the work is going and what they can expect. We have to tell him very clearly that we are not doing anything for him, that he does everything himself, that we are just guiding him and helping him to see the “invisible”.

The therapist does most of the work in his work when he builds trust with the client. Then the therapist can lead unconditionally to the set goal. Otherwise the client resists, looks for excuses or. Therapies only remain on the level of conversations (which is also the therapist’s greatest fear).

That is why we at the ToBe Institute have developed a method that would make the therapist’s work easier. The method was developed on the basis of good knowledge in project management, as we have been working on projects for over 20 years, and on the basis of measuring the effect of consultation and implementation rates, which have been taking place in the company for almost ten years.

ToBe Institute - Milan Krajnc

On the basis of internal random samples, we found that the way to solve personal problems was always the same. Since the same people were working on crisis management and projects, we quickly realized that this was the same approach or working method.

Since we already had a developed method in our project work, we slowly began to transfer the working method or measured effectiveness to the level of personal counseling, later on to therapy. The model was first developed internally on 100 samples (clients) and then confirmed on the next 150. The result was always the same.

The working system was divided into 5 steps:

Step 1: INTRODUCTORY PART – define the problem, set a goal – understand the same problem
Step 2: BUILD TRUST
Step 3: PERFORMING THERAPY
Step 4: IDENTIFY THERAPY RESULTS
Step 5: CONCLUSION

Phases of therapy - Milan Krajnc

1. Step 1: INTRODUCTORY PART – define the problem, set a goal – understand the same problem

The client often comes with very high expectations, he is convinced that he can solve the problem with just one conversation, but he is usually disappointed in the end. That is why it is important to communicate with him from the beginning how our work is going and what the results might be. It is mainly up to him to decide on the success of the therapy. Therefore, we must first conclude a cooperation agreement and inform him about the price of our service. The agreement must contain the following articles:

  • No matter how bad it is for me, I will not do anything that could endanger my life, nor will I allow anyone to endanger my life.
  • No matter how bad it is for me, I will not use any form of violence against other people.
  • No matter how bad it is, I will remain present and sober and will not endanger my mental health through my actions.
  • In case of violation of agreements, the counseling will be terminated or a new agreement will be made.

These articles are usually intimidated by clients and they start asking for them. But only then do they begin to realize the existence and seriousness of the psychotherapist’s work. The latter article is especially important because if the client interrupts the process and wants to continue it, it is necessary
to start from the beginning.

As soon as the client signs the declaration, the work can only begin.

Fill out the form bellow to get the free e-book

The first step is to determine the purpose for which the client has come forward and what the client thinks is his problem, what he wants to solve.

During the introductory talk, the therapist must pay particular attention to the client’s overall communication (language, way of speaking, posture, response possibilities, observation… in all forms of communication). In particular, he notes down the basic starting points for carrying out the therapy, which he can use as a guide for further work and later for measuring the effect:

  • What does the client think is his problem? – Record this on the basis of his statement.
  • What does the therapist see as his problem? - Record this on the basis of your expectations
  • What are the client's expectations? - Record this on the basis of his clear message.
  • What is the client's basic position (role)? - Record this when he realizes what role he plays or what his basic position is from which he derives. If you have no games, roles or positions in your modality, try to imagine what the client reminds you of from your life. If you wallow in yourself, you will get a very clear answer.
  • Mental disorder? - Estimate what kind of mental disorder the client has (Paranoia,....), which makes it easier for us to define his problem and beliefs.
Phases of therapy - Milan Krajnc

During the conversation we actually explore the client’s past. Here we mainly use techniques of psychoanalysis.

The next phase is to determine the criteria or the degree of difficulty of the problem.

Here the client and the therapist must find a common point of measured difficulty, sea waves, earthquakes, car speed… in order to establish a scale (1-10) according to which the criteria are used in which phase of the problem solution or how severe the problem still is. The method from the psychology of “Peaceful Sea” proved to be the best one. The client tries to imagine the waves of the sea. How high the waves cause his problem and when the waves are highest is level 10.

If the problem occurs in different environments and with different degrees, the client can start to compare them. Is it perhaps half the size? However, he is trying to create a state in his mind where he feels great and would call it level 1. If stage 1, it means that the surface of his sea is completely calm.

So the client and the therapist have an apparent scale that they check with each therapy. The introductory part usually takes two or three sessions. Therefore, it is important that the therapist and the client first agree on a minimum of 8 sessions, with a time delay of at least 1 week and a maximum of 2 weeks between them. Only in this way can the whole process be carried out completely.

Step 2: BUILD TRUST

When we receive information from a client, we are qualified to work, which does not mean that we already have a guaranteed success. By researching his past with the client, we look for causes, we build a relationship. The relationship is the first condition for building trust. Because only if the client trusts the therapist unconditionally does this mean that he can follow without hesitation, interrupt the process and offer resistance. Here it is very important to adhere to the psychotherapist’s code of ethics (this applies from the very first meeting), and above all to talk a lot and work on sharpening the sense of responsibility. We can take Choice Theory as a starting point.

This is actually the most difficult part of psychotherapeutic work. We must be aware that the client who comes to us first trusts us unconditionally, because our sign is already a psychotherapist, someone who can confess and trust him. But already after leaving, doubts begin to arise in him, countless questions. The degree of trust decreases, and so we begin to build trust again at the next visit.

Phases of therapy - Milan Krajnc

Steps 1 and 2 are “based”.

This means that you prepare for the actual solution of problems. In these phases the client does not feel any major changes, at best the relief of “pain”, often he falls back into the state he came to the first visit with. This does not mean that we are already doing therapy, but if we ourselves panic that there are no changes, we have made the biggest mistake.

The most important thing is that we believe in our own work and that we follow the cycle we have outlined. Above all, we must be tolerant. This is a purely natural cycle, the way nature works. Everything has its time. The work with us has shown that the introductory part or. 1/3 of the time of the whole therapy passes until confidence is built, which could be called the introductory or preparatory part. Also in the project work we have to prepare ourselves well for the project so that the implementation goes smoothly. If I may say a bit roughly, when you build a house, you had to prepare well, from the projects to the building permit to all the detailed plans… if not, then something was always missing, nothing was ever done… as in therapy, if we do not prepare well, we usually get to a point with the client at some point, but the question is whether we solve the problem. At the end of therapy we should, as they say in physics, make a “quantum leap” so that the client never returns to the original state or. he has the same problem or even worse.

Step 3: PERFORMING THERAPY

The implementation is carried out according to the method of the modality we know or. as we would say, we use tools that we have learned in the process of studying psychotherapy. Here we will have a feeling of “victory” after each therapy, because the results will be visible after each session. Of course,
the feeling of victory must not overwhelm us and be left to the client, we still have to guide the process.

We must not stop the process at this stage! We must not forget the benchmark (phase 1)!

Step 4: IDENTIFY THERAPY RESULTS

When the client himself tells us that he feels reborn, it means that we are actually at the end of our process and that the results of our work are seen. So in the following sessions we mainly check and measure his reactions to certain situations, his views before and today, his views on certain people and
situations. The therapy in this phase moves into the phase of completion, which means that we no longer have to expect drastic changes in behavior and well-being, but above all a consolidation of conditions. Above all, we find fear in them.

We must not stop the process at this stage! We must not forget the scale!

Step 5: CONCLUSION

The last step could be called exhalation or, as athletes say at the end of training, exhalation

The intensity of the conversation is very low, it is mostly conversations about everyday things.

Steps 4 and 5 should be the same length as the input, i.e. 1/3 of the whole process. You see, the whole process must end as slowly as we started it. By this we mean that the solution has crawled under the client’s skin. We will feel that we are now less productive, that we can do one less meeting or that it can be free. But no; because we put a lot of energy into the first meetings, it simply balances out in the end, and most importantly, we are focused and sober until the last moment.

If you compare the intensity of your therapies, you will see that they probably take place in such a cycle, but because we all work more or less by feeling, this way of working requires a lot of energy and above all organizational time.

In the company SIRIUS.SI we have created a diagram that shows all five phases. The attached diagram is the starting point or a kind of map, on which the client and the therapist draw on which phase they are in. On the vertical line there are time intervals, each bookmark on the vertical line shows one session. On the horizontal, the level or. a scale that is set by the client and therapist at the beginning (level 10 is below 1, above).

We need to divide the sessions into equal intervals by dividing them equally by thirds. After each session, we draw what stage they are at in solving the problem or. how much is still missing by the end. And so in each session, until the end.

Of course, it is not theirs to do exactly as the chart says, but it is important that we at least keep track of what stage we are at and how far we are from the average.

All phases are repeated at the one-handed meeting. Each meeting must have the same phases, only then can the conversation/counseling/therapy be completed.

If you would like us to divide your work into phases so that you can work more efficiently and your clients are satisfied, please write to us at office@to-be.institute

Business process as a musical symphony - Milan Krajnc

Business Process, like a Musical Symphony

There has been a lot of talk recently about the 6-hour workday, and yet this is too much.

After all, if we were better organized and took personal frustrations out of the work process, 4 hours a
day would be quite sufficient.

  • The work would be done much more efficiently.
  • Things would not be done twice.
  • We would work without stress.

It could basically be a work process, like a musical symphony. Imagine that the organizer of the work process would first of all organize the process on his own for as long as a composer presents the notes to get a perfect flow of music. The work process should be so smooth. Then the conductor gets his hands on the record, but he must bring this music to life with those who play each instrument. And then there is rehearsal and rehearsal until what the composer has written comes to life in the most beautiful sound, as perfect as nature itself.

So if you want to have a 4-hour working day, it would be a condition that everyone first prepares well to master themselves. Then he must know the work he is doing. Delo conductor oz. the director should coordinate all these “players”.

So if musicians can do this, why not do it in a company? Why cannot our company be like the best orchestra, why cannot we play the best symphony…

Business process as a musical symphony - Milan Krajnc

All this is possible, but everyone has to do what they feel, and the director’s job is to bring all this potential into the flow of the process without stress… some of you will say that it is not possible to fulfill all wishes… in a company wishes are not fulfilled, but it adds value to the potential of the individual.

And all this is possible according to the natural principle of leadership. As I write this next, I am listening to the Bach symphonies. Bach is considered the most perfect composer, he wrote perfect mathematics exactly as nature flows.

Dinamični model vodenja. Milan Krajnc. E-knjiga.

At the same time it means a higher culture of leadership and relationships. It means that we no longer come to work and wait to see what kind of work we get, but that we do exactly what is needed. First of all, it is necessary to set a personal goal before work, because then we will not seek refuge at work. That alone will change a lot. The company will have many more employees than it does now.

And all this can be achieved within the company with Dynamic Management Model.

Conversation over coffee - Milan Krajnc

Talks over coffee

I’m not entirely sure if I have developed all my senses like the rest of most.

  • Namely, I see worse, which is known for being superficial and overlooking many things.
  • I hear worse, which shows that I don’t do many things when they order me because I haven’t heard at all.
  • I don't smell, I think I have one nostril completely covered with bone and then I very rarely praise how we give it to smell nice.

Of course, I wanted to “fix” all these senses with the help of doctors, but all the results are excellent, I should just have nose surgery… but somehow I don’t have that courage. Although I often looked for causes somewhere else, not in the physical body. Namely, many times I am removed to my own world and I am not interested in this outside world at all. Some say that I am absent and therefore superficial… that I really am, in this world, I am superficial because I am no longer interested in this world. I am not interested in the material world, I am only interested in what is felt, no longer in what is seen.

So I decided to help people just by helping them develop emotions to feel again, namely I found out after all the conversations that people no longer feel, they just live, after what others say. No one is aware of the moment anymore.

So lately when clients come to me, I mostly work on their feelings, and almost everyone has the same initial problem, they don’t feel it. Therefore, I use the following three exercises for leverage:

  1. Set 3 alarms on your phone and whenever it rings, ask yourself WHO I AM AND WHAT I FEEL, without giving yourself answers. Repeat this for 3 weeks, every day.
  2. Every morning, write down a wish for how you want to feel at the end of the day and then compare that feeling to the evening feeling. If there is a big difference, analyze the day, what were these activities that prevented your desires.
  3. For five people who are emotionally close to you, write down their positive and negative things. Then in 5 days, read as if they are all yours and those you can’t accept, surround them. Then read them again in three days… and we will talk about them over coffee.

All exercises are described in more detail in the book DYNAMIC MANAGEMENT MODEL, and an even more detailed description comes in the book ME.

I have been thinking for a long time about how to deepen the project I am setting up. So I shut myself down completely this year, some would say I was punished for not drinking any alcohol, not smoking cigars anymore… no pleasure. Namely, I wanted to have no more stimuli, but for all pleasures to develop from me.

Dynamic Leadership Model - E-book - Milan Krajnc

And so two childhood desires came out of me: Having my own restaurant in Monte Carlo and the peak of my creation will be reached when I write lyrics for French chanson (three lyrics are just being translated into French).

The bar will be used for conversations and art. Until the bar is fully set up, I will be discovering flavors in other bars while drinking coffee.

Namely, when I drop coffee on my tongue, some old memories come to me, I don’t even know if they are mine, or pictures of those who process coffee, pictures of landscapes where it grew… or just some universal pictures that illustrate feelings.

I detect coffee first by smell…. although it is not supposed to smell, and then taste it with the tip of the tongue. So a new section is being born on my blog, a conversation over coffee. You’re welcome.

On the blog, I will write about the feelings that are born when drinking coffee, about how to develop emotions through artistic creation: songs, dance…

For the time being, the section will only be in Slovene and will remain so, but then it will slowly develop in other languages, English / French.

The winning “note”!

It will be another one of those days when I cannot wake up and the feelings have completely disappeared, it will be another lost day where I will only check off the activities I have to do and I cannot wait for the end to go to sleep… and so there’ll be one less day in my life, one day closer to the end. A lost day. Which is scary when I already know I am gonna lose the day. Which is that all we get at
birth is time, and now I am doing it to her in a devastating way.

I cannot get cold water from the tap to wake me up. I was just looking for something “strong,” something that would wake me up but keep me sober at the same time. I do not want to help myself with artificial stimulants.

I sit down on the terrace and open the phone when I review all the activities, and I almost have a stroke when I see how important a decision I have to make at 11am, I really need to wake up. I basically need that first-class feeling that I have not felt for a long time.

The memory brings me back, far back to my early youth, when I was an active athlete, a 400 m runner. Where you run a few 1000 miles in a year, you lift a few 1000 tons of weights to improve your result by 0.1 seconds. But it takes so much effort to feel really good in the end. And so I trained for the state championship in September 1992, but it was also the last year of high school, which meant the trip to the prom, the one, the trip you wait for… and the state championship took place on Saturday and Sunday, but a week before that we were in Spain on a prom trip and so we came back on Friday, the day before the grand finale, so I worked hard for that trip a few years ago as I did for that trip. I just did not get out of the car when I already had a start over 400m and… the result of all these years of hard work and a week of boundless joy brought me 4th place (but I already had several national championship titles).

I do not know what was more important, what feeling… relaxed on the trip or that triumph at the game that was not… I could not think about it, I was too tired. But the next day we had the game at 9 in the morning, which is the middle of the night for me. The race was at… …100 yards, which is not my discipline. Everybody went out for a morning coffee… I’d never had coffee before… …but the crowd
ordered an espresso. I do not remember the feeling when I made my first coffee, but I became state champion in that race. And I have been drinking coffee ever since. So I had a triumphant feeling too, maybe because of the coffee.

Winning note - Milan Krajnc

From the past, the thought brought me back to this moment. Coffee, coffee can wake me up and give me a feeling of excellence. I need something that captures my best feeling, something that keeps me in that winning rhythm all day long.

I looked around the kitchen counter and stopped at a Nespresso coffee machine, I knew they even had a collection of different coffees. I flick through their catalog and my gaze stops at Kazaar coffee, the strongest with a strong taste. I knew that I needed an inner stimulus to wake me up.

Fill out the form bellow to get the free e-book

I prepared myself according to their instructions, as I was also preparing for the top games že, and this first touch of the tongue awakened in me a winning feeling, as if my body had been renewed. When the coffee entered the body through the tongue, the spirit also awoke, everything became crystal clear
and I was as new. This incredible feeling awakened in me the call of a warrior from the past.

All my thoughts and all my energy were focused on this 11 o’clock in the morning where I will win, just like I had drunk my morning coffee before, before my discipline. And I drank it on time.

From the edges of society... - Milan Krajnc

From the edges of society…

I just read a book by the founder of IUS Software or. better known as IUS-INFO - Legal Information Portal, Second Place of Birth, where he talks about his fall into a cave in the middle of a forest in the Dominican Republic, from which he somehow escaped after 8 days… They launched a large search operation… half the world was on legs.

And then my thoughts took me to a world where they report daily about various accidents, fires, earthquakes, mountain… and always immediately everyone goes into action, rescues… and above all, monitors what is happening. But all of this is a kind of material visual world, basically a show… where everyone performs, a kind of tragicomedy.

Namely, I often use the parable in my work as a “psychotherapist” when someone falls into a cave, the one who is not very difficult to see the solution, and the one who looks from the outside, easily directs… mainly because we are in trouble we do not see solutions, but for others we can always be smart or. we can help them because we are not burdened with the problem. Namely, I teach clients how to put themselves out of the problem and look at themselves as a third person. And not here, I’m just teaching them techniques, but most of all I’m researching why they fall into the “cave,” what causes them to get lost in themselves. So I’m dealing with their “inside”.

Going back to material catastrophes… but does anyone ever wonder what is going on inside these people, can they be helped in any other way… has anyone ever wondered how the author of the book The Second Place of Birth felt when he fell into the cave, how he felt when he came back and almost completely lost his property… he fell into another “cave”, where it was no longer interesting for the public and people and no aid campaign was launched at that time.

On the road, every day we meet more and more people who are on the brink of survival, there are even more who are far out of sight… and no rescue operation takes place.

There are more and more “rescue” campaigns for those who need treatment, or for those who have fallen on the social edge, but are no longer interesting for the show. If he was still very famous yesterday and may have slipped somewhere and fallen on the social edge, the edge of survival… no one will ask him or offer him help, but will be on the front pages of the newspaper, like a scandal because it reads well… so still they will earn on his pain and push him over the edge to the end… and then report that they have unfortunately… found a famous person… and then again all the praise about him.

From the edges of society - Milan Krajnc

People focus only on material things, what someone lacks… in reality, but most people in this material world only live… Has anyone ever wondered what it really means to live…

We have created such a system that the prisoners of this, every month under pressure… from month to month from year to year… are tired, always on the edge…

People who have slipped to the edge, we don’t know them, we don’t see them, they shut themselves in and then we prefer to move away from them because we don’t know how to help them, because we feel like they’re no longer a part of us, that they’re wrong now, bad, evil, weird… just running away from them.

But the state has some solutions for these people who co-created it… maybe when they are on the edge, but when they fall, it doesn’t help them, it just pushes them to the edges, because then they are in a position where they can no longer fight, but they just keep listening.

I am not talking here about the politicians who run the country, I am talking about the system we have created, which we have set around our necks, as a loop that is tighter every day, so much so that we can still breathe…

I don’t know if we will have enough power to ever overcome that. I hope we gather enough strength to cross it with the sword of Democles. If not, the system itself will kill us.

We talk daily about the help of those who come to our country, but we are not talking about those who created it, who are now just about to say goodbye to it.

We place too much emphasis on social society… we should support development, dreams, potentials…  by the way if we compare ourselves with neighboring countries… in Austria, no one even asks about what benefits up to a million euros of annual turnover. They want to have as many active millionaires
as possible and so they can breathe freely, they are in no hurry, there is less stress, less undeclared work… order is established by itself.

  • Why do not we make at least half a million, the traffic limit, so that nobody asks us anything?
  • Why do not we make our lives easier?
  • Why do not we make it all easy?
  • Why do we force ourselves to prove ourselves?
  • Why do we live for business goals?
  • Why do we burn ourselves completely and then get carried away by society like garbage?
  • Why?
  • ...

What would we say if we knew that someone fell into a cave and we just left him there?

  • Could you say: Let's fill up the pit so that no one else falls in and leave him there because he broke his leg and the doctors do not have time now to adjust their salaries?

What would we do if we saw someone drowning and left him right there?

  • Leave him because there is no room in the hospital and the lines are too long? Why do not we do that?

Why do not we do that?

Why do not we have the resources when people are sliding to the edge to stop them earlier?

I can write countless questions…

The basic premise is the system and that everything is overcrowded. We live 100% every day, but basically everything we do could be 70% at most. Those who say that they are perfectionists, that they want everything to be 100%, are basically the biggest culprits for this narrowness in time and space. But we are all to blame for following them, nobody forces us to do anything, we choose this path
ourselves.

We live so that we do not feel, so that we do not perceive that people slip to the edge because we do not feel, we only store what we see. And we do not see people’s plight…

As the Little Prince said… look with your heart and you will see how people really live…

Dreams

SALVADOR DALI once said:

One day, they will also officially admit that what we have called reality is a greater illusion than a dream.

With his words, we could seriously think about it. Although the vast majority of them wave their hand and say to themselves,… these dreamers. It is necessary to work, it is necessary to face this reality, not to dream. You don’t live from Sanj.

Well let’s see who’s right?

Did you know that people who are blind from birth also dream? Did you know they don’t dream of darkness? They dream of living pictures! And how they saw these things they dreamed of, how they could imagine them if they had never seen colors, light.

Are people born with dreams? Does the Dream come from somewhere outside? Ancient peoples believed that dreams come from outside, that they are independent of us, so the Indians already made Dreamcatchers!

The reality or system we have created for ourselves in which we live is actually the worst thing we have been able to create for ourselves. Basically, we all know that we live a very limited, submissive, depressed… but we do nothing about it, even though everything is in our hands. We have surrendered to a system that is our reality. And that reality doesn’t let us dream, it suppressed our dreams. It is like a struggle between light and darkness. As if the system is darkness, all evil and dreams, heaven, salvation. We indulged in darkness, we indulged…

Remember Homer’s epic Odyssey, about the King of the Greek island of Ithaca, who was a hero of the Trojan Battle who is wisely like the gods; for he is the one who invented the trick of the Trojan horse. And all he had before his eyes when the war was over… to return home, home to his island of Ithaca. All this story, all this journey has been written down for several thousand years, which makes thousands of tourists, romantics… come to the Greek island of Ithaca to look for this home, the home of Odysseus. And when you are supposed to get to his palace, you come to the inscription, “There is nothing on Ithaca except imagination!” Did it really exist, or did Homer only have a dream?

Dreams - Milan Krajnc

And if we look at the “real” now, I can say that we have forgotten our true reality. We have forgotten that we can choose how we live, that we all have dreams, even if we dream a little malo but we all have access to dreams. Dreams are somewhere outside, somewhere in a collective warehouse, for each one individually… we just have to take them. But for the system we have chosen, it forbids us to do so. The system does not allow us to dream. So it’s time to beat the system, to beat ourselves.

Dreams are accessible to everyone and everyone can afford and take them. Only when we have the dream back will the Dream be our only reality. We will set up our “dream” world in which to live.

Dreams are accessible to everyone and are realistic!

In order for Dreams to reach us and become a part of our lives, we must put ourselves first…

The last Way

Many times in life we come to a point where we no longer see the way forward. We are convinced that everything is over and we prepare for the worst.

Basically, we just want to turn off the lights, forget everything and start from scratch.

When we are already convinced that the darkest darkness has come over us with the worst pain… then suddenly it lights up, a miracle happens, a solution comes and we forget what happened a few minutes ago; we are carefree again until the next “darkness”.

A solar eclipse is something natural that happens a few times a year, depending on which part of the earth we are looking at.

If we live with nature, we will also accept solar eclipses. So there is progress, that we go deep inside ourselves, deep into our subject, and then find that best part of ourselves.

Life is a sinus curve, vibrations are a natural rhythm. Everything is a vibration, each of us is made up of vibrations, and these vibrations make up different phenomena. Energy is also a vibration.

Dear readers, all of you who hide yourselves so that others do not see your vibration, do not bother with it, because it really means that you have only the best of yourself. For you always hide in your depths what is your strongest, best… and so each darkness always brings a part of your diamond to the surface and slowly puts it together until you shine in perfect splendor.

Above all, remember that every “darkness” carries away old things that no longer belong in your future. Therefore, it is always your last journey… and you should never, really never return to it. Because of what you have walked on this path of darkness, it cannot come back into your tomorrow.

When you go, you always go all the way.

Sugar, food for Demons! - Milan Krajnc

Sugar, food for Demons

As a psychotherapist, I am intensively, professionally and scientifically engaged in finding the causes of crises. It is not self-evident that every situation that arises will be resolved and will never happen again. It's all a matter of our decision.

To maintain a “stable” state means that we must strike a balance in our lives. It means to consider all four components (body, intellect, emotions and soul… I wrote about this in more detail in the book Dynamic Leadership Model, under the heading Personal Transformation).

I myself have noticed that food is a great stimulant of certain crises or. it is a kind of refuge from the crisis situation, which in reality only distances it from the solution. Basically all stimulants act as a disguise against the cause of the crisis. This includes alcohol, cigars… not to mention from various other stimuli.

I also tested myself for all possible stimuli and checked my strength or. I told myself I was training my inner strength. So I completely removed alcohol and tobacco from my life that I was left without those feelings that I felt like some fresh wind taking me away from the daily worries that clear me up. Then I told myself that I would focus completely on the moments, no matter what the situation would be, that I wanted to be always in the moment. Thus, I have found that when I take stimuli, I experience a sense of reward and pleasure. What I later translated as an escape, a temporary solution.

As I got used to living without these two stimuli, I began to look ahead to what it is that still inspires the dark side within me, what feeds my demons, and exploration led me to chocolate, sweet. I’m mainly talking about that sugar we create artificially, not the natural sugars we find in fruit or real chocolate (… which isn’t good because it’s not sweet).

So now I took the next step and started living, still without sugar. I would like to increase my presence in the moment and rise to an even higher level of life and awareness. Because that way I have more of a life.

Sugar, food for demons - Milan Krajnc

In fact, after a recent visit to Italy, where my book will be out soon, I saw how they live differently there through food. Italians eat very little processed food, use good ingredients, say a lot of olive oil and vegetables, do not like salt too much, prefer to season dishes with herbs and pepper and drink a glass of red wine at lunch or dinner. They don’t skip meals. Food is a pleasure for them. The Italian lifestyle is quite successful at repelling stress. They cook at home, the family does not enjoy delicious food in front of the TV, but gathers around the table, so the kitchen and dining table are the center of the Italian home.

With us, we are waiting at the table for what mom will bring or. we eat something quickly that will raise our energy…

In fact, we are not even aware that we can work on ourselves a lot, but in the end we destroy the whole psychological process with food.

In doing so, I advise you to do this under professional supervision and to gradually change the contents of your menu, not overnight, because then it will be too much of a shock for your body.

Above all, I advise you to first explore how you feel when you change flavors, contents… when you give alcohol off the menu… when a crisis comes, when it is really severe, it means you are on that path of testing whether you will go over or repeat circle.

So the approach to food, the attitude towards it, and especially its content, says a lot about you and your psychological state.

Bon Appetit.

How sports experiences can be tranferred to the business world - Milan Krajnc

How sports Experiences Can be transferred To the Business world

Today we look at life too fragmented, we have too much segmentation. If we only look at elementary school, we have biology, grammar, math, chemistry... but we study each subject matter by matter, we have to know the definitions, the formulas... there is not enough context.

And so, in early childhood, we begin to develop multiple personalities, in one person. We feel this especially when we find ourselves in situations countless times, when someone manipulates us, when we react slowly, when we just do not find ourselves, we still only think of problems. It may sound banal, but all too often we look at life in segments without realizing that we only have one head, one body and that WE are all everywhere.

Recently, I was appointed to one of the collective sports clubs, where the club had the goal to go from the second to the first league. They had a great start to the season and then lost a whole series of games. The players said they just did not see the motivation anymore, the more the coach told them they had every chance of getting into the first division, they had less willpower, they even said they
were aware of it, but there was simply nothing they could do about it. After a long conversation with all of them, I realized that they do not have a long-term strategy. The players were there during th transition from high school to college. Their way of life changed and they felt that they had left all their youth on the playground as if their life was running out, they just did not know how sport would benefit them in life.

Recently I was called to one of the collective sports clubs, where the club had the goal of moving up from the second to the first division. They had a great start to the season and then lost a whole series of games.

The players said they just did not see the motivation anymore, the more the coach told them they had every chance of getting into the first division, they had less willpower, they even said they were aware of it, but there was simply nothing they could do about it. After a long conversation with all of them, I realized that they do not have a long-term strategy. The players were there during the transition from high school to college. Their way of life changed and they felt that they had left all their youth on the playground as if their life was running out, they just did not know how sport would benefit them in life.

As an introduction, I told them my story. In the past I was an active sportsman – runner, today I am an entrepreneur. When I started doing business, I had no business connections, no “godparents”, just an idea of what I wanted to do. I soon realized that the business market is a big hunting ground, that around me there are only hunters who survive on business opportunities, I myself had no experience, but I had to hunt as well as they did if I wanted to survive. At that moment I was aware that the rules are exactly the same as in sport, you have to have a plan and a clear goal that has to be measurable, you must not rush anything, you have to be disciplined, and when you are at your worst, you must not give up. when you overcome the crisis, you become better. And I applied exactly the same rules in the economy, so that in one year I became better than those who have been in this world for ten years. So, for the first time, I saw the useful value of sport in another field.

How to transfer experience from sports to the business world? Milan Kranjc

I slowly went over to them. So far we have been able to participate in the business world as individuals, but the financial crisis and market conditions have disarmed the lone fighters. Now comes the time of networking, when it will be necessary to put together teams of experts and lead them to a goal. And the one who knows how to connect people and lead them in the right way will be the new winner. And as a well-coordinated team you have already developed these skills, so you will have a great advantage over others, not to mention systematic work, discipline and perseverance. Of course, it is not only important to lead the team, but above all to find the right customers, those who will use your product. Often you will get into trouble or you will have difficulty reaching a particular potential customer, so you will need other personal connections. Most successful entrepreneurs were once successful athletes. Therefore it is very likely that you will meet your teammates in the business world. It is therefore important to make contact with athletes from neighboring clubs, even if you feel that they are your competitors, as they could be your allies in the future. Maybe you do not see the value of sport right now, but with sport you create the basis for a successful life.

Do not look two months into the future when you can play in the premier league, look a few years into the future.

The boys started to ask different questions and suddenly a conversation between them started, so we talked until late at night. Although it was a Friday and most of them would be in some kind of bar, they said in the end that it meant much more to them to talk. So they got the insight that the youth not only visit bars, but the emphasis is on making contacts everywhere. And so they had the feeling that friends could be off the field.

What have we really done?

The players lost contact with each other and did not see into the future why they were doing all this. There was no reason to change anything in training, they just needed to talk about something else, not just their discipline. In this way we added some value to sport and showed that sport is not just about competitions and victories, but that sport is a part of life and socialization.

We need to look at life in a more holistic way, so that we can see that we can connect individual segments, and at the same time we will become more holistic personalities. The more we are psychologically stable, the words problem, problem, we will not know more.

We often hear that sport has no limits. And it really does not, we can go anywhere with it, and we will meet like-minded people everywhere, maybe they will be the key people in the future when you build our company.
